  Wow I’m so impressed with this team so kind, thorough and helpful. They went above and beyond finding the key for tire taking things from trunk with a great attitude and efficiency . Took time to explain and make sure I was in agreement with all services. Thanks Jeff, Chuy and team you guys rock and I’ll be back soon!

  I’ve been changing oil in this place for years now, and they are so professional and always nice and welcoming. They keep my car checked and even though they cannot do sometimes everything they refer me to other places. Also love how fast and convenient it is. It’s not the cheapest service but it is so worth it to drive there.

  The staff working, there were very professional and very polite. There was a huge problem when the business got bought out by the new owners, and there was an employee there who was very very rude, aggressive and mean, Therefore, my family and four friends and their families quit going there a couple years ago. But I took the chance of coming back and trying it out again and sure enough they got rid of that employee and the employees there now once again are Excellent.

  Price for a full synthetic oil change is ~20 bucks higher than my regular oil change spot, but they're super fast here with no real hassles. Just don't let them talk you into things you don't need, keep your car's manual in mind and look up the recommended mileage for your model for different services. Been to this location a number of times with no hassle, but once about a year ago at a different local Valvoline I had a worker try to pressure me to a radiator cleaning that my car doesn't recommend until after 100k and my car was at, like, 60k. Basically, I've never had that problem at THIS location so this one is my choice of Valvolines because there's no pressure, and the workers are always super friendly and happy to answer questions. They even gave me tips of where to get something in their checks that they couldn't fix (internal brake light out). Always a quick and easy trip coming back here. Thank you for being a pleasant team!

  First time visiting this Valvoline location and I was genuinely impressed with the service. Everyone introduced themselves when I arrived, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the oil change. Zavier worked directly with me and was fantastic, and Lance, the manager, clearly takes pride in making sure customers are taken care of. What really stood out happened after the oil change was already finished. As I was pulling out, Lance noticed that my license plate was missing a bolt and hanging loose. He stopped me, grabbed new hardware, and spent the next several minutes securing both sides of the plate properly. It had absolutely nothing to do with the service I came in for, and he could have easily just pointed it out and sent me on my way. Instead, he took care of it. The whole team went above and beyond, even making the experience fun for my kids while we waited. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future oil changes.
