As an aircraft mechanic by trade I really enjoy their professionalism and process. United Airlines technicians could learn a few things.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Valvoline! I came in today with a very unusual problem: a tiny kitten had crawled up inside my car and was completely stuck. I could hear it meowing but couldn’t see it or figure out how to safely get it out. I live just a few minutes away and have had my oil changed here before, so I drove over and asked if they could possibly help. Without hesitation, they said yes. They told me they’d never dealt with anything like this before, but they were willing to figure it out. Red, the manager, and several members of the team spent a considerable amount of time carefully removing pieces from underneath my car so they could reach the kitten. They worked together, kept checking on it, and were incredibly patient and kind, all while continuing to take care of their regular customers. Eventually, someone from a local cat rescue was able to come out and, with the access the Valvoline team had created, safely get the kitten out. The rescue took the kitten in for care and vaccinations, and this little cat is now safe because so many people were willing to help. The Valvoline team didn’t charge me anything for all of the extra time and work. They simply saw a problem, cared about this little animal, and did everything they could to help solve it. A huge thank you to Red and the entire team. You went above and beyond today, and I’m incredibly grateful. This is a fantastic group of people and a business I’m very happy to support. ❤️ Also, amazing thanks to the volunteers at Community Concern for Cats (CC4C) and especially Nicole, who went out of her way to save this kitten over the last 24 hours. Truly an angel!
