- MMMeisha MSep 15, 20265.0I have gone to several locations all over the bay and Sacramento areas, and I can confidently say Red and his team have exceeded all of my expectations and more. Pros: -They greet you, and verbalize what they’re doing throughout the entire process. You’re not a sitting duck. -After they’re finished with the service, they inspect their work and UPDATE you on safety checks, etc. -That has never happened to me before at other locations. -They offered a tire rotation!!!! ALL of the times I’ve been at other locations, not once, did they check all points of my vehicle, and my tires were well overdue on a rotation. I’m not from CA and my hometown, go to oil change place was super thorough, detailed, and would make sure to perform services to keep my vehicle running smoothly; I didn’t find another after moving here for YEARS until now. -Employees and manager are friendly- they’re on top of their game. Thanks for the top-notch service. Cons: -They were super busy- but that’s actually a good thing right?! Lol
