They checked in with me regularly to make sure that I knew what they were doing and what the results were. They let me know other services were available, but I felt no pressure. Everybody was courteous, from the gentleman who directed me in and did a lot of the service above the car, and then the other person that was helping manage it all. They were all friendly, and I would highly recommend driving here. It’s an easy location, not too far Highway 4.

From the moment you drive in, to the light checks, brake light verification, tire pressure checks, and overall coordination of the team, it's one of the best operational processes I've seen. Everything is efficient, organized, and customer-focused without feeling rushed. This is a great example of people, training, and process working together at a high level. Hands down one of the best service experiences I've had. AI isn't replacing this anytime soon.
