  had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Valvoline! I came in for an oil change and transmission fluid service before a cross-country move from California to Indiana, and the entire team went above and beyond. Miguel, the manager, was incredible. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the services being performed. I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The team completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and even checked the air pressure in my spare tire. They showed me exactly how to lower it, remove it, and put it back—something no one had ever taken the time to explain before! They also gave me helpful tips for my upcoming road trip and made sure my car was ready for the drive. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only efficient and professional but also genuinely kind and willing to educate their customers. I left feeling confident, well taken care of, and much more prepared for my trip. Thank you to Miguel and the entire team for providing such outstanding customer service. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. Highly recommend! 🚗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  They had a little kid that maybe looked likr 16 or 17 years old change my oil. He messed up my car and cause a slight oil leak. They tried to tell me it was already there but it was so obvious that they were the ones that causes it. His higher ups also looked upset at him. I should have called them out on this.

  Robert was super helpful in getting me in and out quickly and being super thorough in their inspection. They made sure to talk to me about every detail but also not being super aggressive about upselling me if I said I didn’t want it — the kind of customer service I highly prefer. I got everything taken care of and was on my way. Come to this location they’re so great!

  The service is always great! The assistant manager was fantastic and the rest of the team were great. They rotated the tires, had an oil change, and made a few recommendations on what needed to be serviced. The price was great and the entire service was done in 15 minutes. I definitely recommend it!

  Price gouging,, last time oil change was 130. It’s now 190 I asked why. They didn’t know they offered me coupons etc I said no I want to know why it’s gone up 60 bucks they weren’t expecting me to question the steep upgrade ! There come back was we will give you 20% of I said they still like 40 bucks up and then he offered me 50% and (I was a return customer).i hit the roof . I said I’m not here to barter with you, set the prices you don’t keep change prices to make extra money. . I said even at 50% I wont come here again due to my principles of over charging. And it was dead that day. Basically 200 bucks for an oil change on a bmw! The counter guy just rattles it off as if I expected to pay it ! I was furious due to the lies and over charging of an oil change. I said it was around the same price but 60 bucks more that just pure robbery and scamming They will over charge and expect you to pay based on your car. Read other reviews below about their scamming practices of 10 dollars a tire inflation. Went to Midas down the road $140 , lost the business due to over charging and greed
