  Appointment was made the same day. Service was fast. The guys were friendly, and very good at communicating everything that was happening / needed to be done with my car. Although they offered recommended service and I didn't take it, they remained friendly. The guys were not pushy. That was the end of that. I would recommend and i will be going back again.

  Worst service ever. They promise you the moon when you buy the car and once you’ve made the payment they don’t even answer your call. They just put you on hold and don’t even bother to address your issue. I’m only asking for what I owe not something I didn’t pay for and yet they don’t treat you fair. Just another generic response from the team. I mean, I get it your team must be busy. But, hey, atleast ask me what my concern is, what I’m looking for, or atleast ask how your team could assist me to get more information on my case!

Veteran representative and Assistant Manager, Mr. Alex Sidukas, is attentive to a customer's needs & concerns, and is diligent in ensuring service is meticulous and precise. And in fact, the entire personnel at Toyota Marina del Rey possess these job performance traits.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm a local and have been coming to Toyota of Marina del Rey for nearly 20 years — and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. That loyalty says everything. The Service Team is consistently excellent, and Dolly is a standout — professional, caring, and always a pleasure to work with. And then there's Joy, their Client Relations Manager, who is simply remarkable. She genuinely understands customers and goes above and beyond every single time to make sure you leave happy. Joy is the reason I'll keep coming back. If you want a dealership that truly values its customers, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🚗✨
