  Marina Del Rey Marina is a wonderful place to keep your boat! The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful and the docks are immaculate. I love being able to walk to nearby places to eat. I haven’t used it, but the dockside shuttle is a great feature. They have also have cable internet, free laundry, and events!

  I had a fantastic experience at Marina del Rey Marina! A huge shout-out to Jackie, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my visit. The docks are exceptionally well-organized and kept remarkably clean, making it a pleasure to navigate. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier marina experience.

  Marina del Rey Marina is the kind of place that makes you realize how special a marina can be. From the modern docks to the beautiful new harbor office, this amazing team goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and family-like atmosphere. Angela was the reason I knew MDRM was something special from day one. She and Danielle are truly the heart of the marina, offering professional, friendly, five-star service that makes every boater feel welcome. Keith, Boris, Domingo, and the dock crew's pride and professionalism in the marina is evident in every detail. And this is what makes MDRM the best marina in greater Los Angeles area. And huge credit to Jackie’s outstanding leadership at the harbor — her experience and attention to detail shapes everything that makes MDRM exceptional.

  I’ve had multiple personal boats at Marina del Rey Marina over the years, and it continues to be one of the nicest and best-run marinas in the area. I also regularly recommend it to my clients because I know they’ll be well taken care of. The facilities are always clean, well maintained, and very nice overall. The docks are high quality, the property is kept in great condition, and you can tell there is real attention paid to the overall experience for boat owners and guests. What really makes the marina stand out, though, is the staff. Angela has helped me countless times and is always incredibly responsive, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Jackie, Danielle, Keith, and the rest of the team are just as helpful and make everything easy. Working in the boating industry, I spend a lot of time at different marinas and have a pretty high standard when it comes to facilities, dock quality, and service. Marina del Rey Marina consistently delivers on all three. I’m happy to keep my own boats here and feel completely confident recommending the marina to my clients as well.

  I lived at Marina Del Rey Marina for three years at the beginning of my boating life, arriving just as they had completed a full renovation of the property from front to back. I have to say, it was an incredible place to call home. The docks and facilities were always absolutely spotless, there is a thriving boating community, and the staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed—especially Jackie, who has always gone above and beyond. Although I thought it was amazing when I left, I didn’t fully appreciate how spoiled I really was. Marina Del Rey Marina was the first marina I had ever lived in, so I had nothing to compare it to. Since then, I’ve sailed from Los Angeles to Seattle and back, stopping at nine different marinas along the way, and spent the better part of the last five years sailing around the planet, staying at another couple dozen marinas in countries all over the world. Coming back now as a transient, with all of that experience behind me, has made me appreciate Marina Del Rey Marina even more. I can now see how fortunate I was to have this place as my introduction to marina life. One of the things that really separates Marina Del Rey Marina from many of the other marinas in the area is its location. You can leave the dock on foot and within minutes be at SALT, UOVO, KazuNori, HiHo Cheeseburger, Winston Pies, Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and just about anything else you might need. That kind of walkability is surprisingly rare in Marina del Rey and makes an enormous difference whether you’re living aboard, staying for a few days, or just passing through. Between the cleanliness, the staff, the facilities, and the convenience of the location, it remains one of the best-run and most comfortable marinas I’ve stayed at. The group photo is my family, friends and the marina staff meeting me arriving home from my circumnavigation! It really is like a family here.
