Enterprise offers a 5 STAR rental experience for customers who appreciate quality, value their time, and know the difference it makes.

  Walked in to rent a car on monday august 24th around 1pm. Approached the lady working at the front desk which seemed/was kind. She told me to go look at the cars and let her know which one. I chose one of the cars and she said there was a customer that had a reservation at 1:00pm to look at all the classes of the luxury cars (without a specific decision on which car). Basically she wouldn't let me rent the car because she wanted to give the customer coming with "more options". I kept asking her how that makes sense, and i just kept getting the same answer of we want to give the customer who has a reservation to see all the lux car options like i was speaking to a robot. I'm not sure whether she was discriminating me, but it wasn't a nice feeling. I went across the street and rented from the "sixth" which was really good service and better car options. As i was driving back from the sixth, i saw the car i wanted was still on the lot (it was a base gla 250, so nothing even fancy). I spoke to her colleague as well as he saw me continously asking the same question and not getting clarity on why they were waiting on a customer that hadn't made any decision of which car to rent. However, he told me that the customer is specifically looking for the gla 250 but that's not what the lady had said. Anyhow i would not recommend doing business with this location.

  Matt Prelaske the branch manager went above and beyond with helping me get a reservation last minute before closing. Getting to this branch is a little bonkers - tons of traffic but once you make it there they will take care of you!

  They gave me a lemon, the car broke down 2 hours into the drive due to an engine failure. I’ve been waiting for over 4 hours now for help from roadside assistance and no one has been dispatched to help me. It is blazing hot outside. This is truly insane. I’ve spoken to 4 enterprise agents already( one who hung up on me because he didn’t like my frustrated tone) who have said it is likely no one will accept my case because it is Sunday and up to the tow truck drivers to accept so I’ll have to stay here overnight. The local branches are closed today and the closest location is the San Louis Obispo airport 40 miles away. I just got a call from the towing company enterprise uses letting me know no one will accept the case until 9am tomorrow. This whole thing started at 9:58 am this morning. This automatic reply from enterprise is tone deaf, no one is available to help me from the link you provided added insult to injury.

  I’m a repeat customer and big fan of Peace Adewale Manager Assistant at the Marina Del Rey location She makes the process easy and efficient and is a wonderful person. Tip: don’t rent from the airport. Take a ride share from the airport to this location. It’s much cheaper!
