This place is such a disappointment. I had brought my car into the shop to get a transmission fluid change. The guy came to our car and said that they are closing soon but even under those circumstances he was still going to get it done. He sat on his Ipad getting all of my information for 15 minutes. Then he had us get out of the car and he pulled it into their garage. They popped my hood and started checking it out. The guy then comes to us and says that they have no time to work on it and are closing in 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to do the fluid change. He stated his boss didn’t want him staying 10 minutes passes closing time to finish a job they already started. They get back in the car and move it somewhere. I walked through the garage to get to my car to leave and I got slandered with horrible language and rude workers. This place has absolutely horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to go there.

My sister brought her vehicle here to get serviced and a broken part was found on the vehicle. The employee that was working on the vehicle replaced the part and continued with the service. The employee who worked on the car not only did not fill the car all the way with oil but also put in the wrong oil filter housing in. Which caused multiple censors to come on, one including the check engine light once the service was done. When she asked him to check it out he began to be rude to her. One of the employees tried saying the check engine light was on before it got the service done and they were just being rude. The manager then came to look at it and found that the oil filter housing for a different vehicle was put in place of the old broken one. It took the manager less than 2 minutes to swap the oil filter housing back with the old one and what do you know , it fixed the issue. Instead of the technician taking a few minutes to check the work her did and accept responsibility for it they tried to make it seem like it was already a problem and decided to be rude towards her. What should’ve taken an hour to do ended up taking 3 hours with her and my nephew sitting in a hot car because the technician seemed to not know what he’s doing. Thankfully the manager figured out that the part was wrong because who knows how much damage could’ve been caused to her vehicle that was telling her low oil pressure but multiple workers told her that the car was good to drive when it wasn’t.
