  My sister brought her vehicle here to get serviced and a broken part was found on the vehicle. The employee that was working on the vehicle replaced the part and continued with the service. The employee who worked on the car not only did not fill the car all the way with oil but also put in the wrong oil filter housing in. Which caused multiple censors to come on, one including the check engine light once the service was done. When she asked him to check it out he began to be rude to her. One of the employees tried saying the check engine light was on before it got the service done and they were just being rude. The manager then came to look at it and found that the oil filter housing for a different vehicle was put in place of the old broken one. It took the manager less than 2 minutes to swap the oil filter housing back with the old one and what do you know , it fixed the issue. Instead of the technician taking a few minutes to check the work her did and accept responsibility for it they tried to make it seem like it was already a problem and decided to be rude towards her. What should’ve taken an hour to do ended up taking 3 hours with her and my nephew sitting in a hot car because the technician seemed to not know what he’s doing. Thankfully the manager figured out that the part was wrong because who knows how much damage could’ve been caused to her vehicle that was telling her low oil pressure but multiple workers told her that the car was good to drive when it wasn’t.

  Right after a simple oil change my car started leaking oil. I took the car back in and was told by Ryan that the “oil sender gasket was leaking” and he would charge me $120 for parts and labor. I have the paper where he writes this information. I thought it sounded fishy and decided to think about it overnight before bringing it in. When I brought it in the next morning for the $120 repair I was told that the part alone was $135, and of course Ryan wasn’t there. At that point I told Spee Dee that they were dishonest and I was taking my business elsewhere. I went for a second opinion and I was told by Jiffy Lube that the only thing wrong with my car was that Spee Dee did not clean off the spilled oil from the oil change and that was what was leaking. They proceeded to clean off the oil and do a full inspection and charged me zero dollars. Jiffy Lube just gained the business of three new cars. It pays to be honest.

  They’ll just sit on your car instead of working on it. Always tried to up charge and takes forever.
