While going through the wash tunnel, their equipment malfunctioned, causing the car behind me to crash into my vehicle and damage it. The staff took an accident report at the time, but since then they have completely failed to follow up. It has now been over two months. Despite multiple phone calls, emails, and even contacting the corporate office, I have received no response. They have also failed to respond to my insurance company. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Customer service is truly tested when something goes wrong, and in my case, this business has been unprofessional and unresponsive. As a result, I have canceled my membership. I would encourage anyone considering this car wash to be cautious. Based on my experience, they did not handle my accident claim responsibly or communicate with me after the incident. Update After the Owner’s Response: I am extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this business has been throughout this entire situation. After the incident, I waited for weeks without receiving a single phone call or meaningful update. Yet the owner had no problem responding almost immediately to my Google review. That says a lot about where their priorities are. What is even more disappointing is the owner’s refusal to take responsibility for what appears to have been a failure of their own equipment. Instead, they chose to blame me without any evidence. My vehicle was in neutral, exactly as instructed, and I did nothing differently than I have on previous visits. I am confident the evidence, including my insurance investigation and available footage, will support the facts. The way this incident was handled from the very beginning was unacceptable. Rather than showing concern or attempting to help, a staff member immediately began making accusations. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of customer service and training. At this point, I will continue pursuing all appropriate avenues to recover compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle. I expected this business to stand behind its equipment and take accountability when something went wrong. Instead, they chose to deny responsibility and blame a paying customer. I hope anyone considering doing business here keeps that in mind.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
