  Car was not cleaned between the last person that had it and myself. It smelled like homeless person and weed and there was dog hair all over it. Next time I will choose a different company through my insurance.

  Usually enterprise is pretty good but this time was disappointing. I booked a reservation online and received a confirmation. The day before they reached out letting me know that the car might not be available but would confirm in the morning. Also told me that they may be a hour or so late if they do have something. They offered to upgrade me to a minivan at no extra charge which I was fine with. Went in the next morning and they were extremely short staffed. One person checking in while another person was showing people their car. I was ok with all of this as well and didn’t mind waiting. When I finally checked in, I was told that the damage waiver that I paid for online had nothing to do with the car insurance coverage and I would have to pay additional on top. I then asked the rep what I had paid for online and he told me that whatever I paid for didn’t cover anything. I then asked to cancel the reservation and was told that the reservation online meant nothing and there is nothing to cancel since I didn’t pay for anything yet. I just find this mind blowing. I find it hard to believe that reservation confirmations hold no weight. It seems like a lot of the recent reviews have had the similar issues with reservations and not being able to get a car.

  The staff is very helpful, friendly and they did an excellent job. The manger especially was great.
