  They actually had a car for me which I reserved which was nice. The man at the counter would not stop aggressively lying to me till I would agree to pay for additional collision coverage which I did not want since I had coverage through my credit card I was already paying with

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge thank you to Mr. Cruz, the manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Mammoth Lakes Airport. We were visiting Mammoth Lakes when suddenly several warning signs started showing up on our car. It was a Sunday, and we called multiple auto shops in the area, but unfortunately no one was available to help us. We were really worried that something serious was wrong with the car. I somehow managed to drive to Enterprise thinking I might have to tow my car and rent another vehicle. That’s when we met Cruz. Even though this wasn’t an issue with an Enterprise rental car, he was incredibly kind and willing to help us. He checked the car, drove it himself, and explained that the warning signs did not mean the car was in the bad condition we feared. I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable he was about cars. He even took the time to teach me how to properly use the paddle shifters while driving in the mountains so I could avoid putting unnecessary strain on the car. Cruz potentially saved us around $5,000 in unnecessary towing, repairs, and other expenses. More importantly, he gave us peace of mind when we were far from home and didn’t know what to do. My entire family was so thankful for his kindness. He didn’t have to go out of his way to help us, but he did. People like Cruz are what great customer service is all about. Enterprise is very fortunate to have a manager like him. Thank you again, Cruz! We truly appreciate what you did for our family.

  Although we didn't rent a car here, I'm still giving them 5 stars for their outstanding helpfulness. After leaving Death Valley, I thought there was something seriously wrong with our car because the engine had a significant loss of power. Our rental company referred us to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The employee took the time to explain that the issue was caused by the extreme heat and even tested the car to make sure everything was okay. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

  Every fourth of July, we camp in Bridgeport, which is about an hour from Mammoth airport. We use an RV and decided to rent a car this year to have a little bit more access to the local activities. Our rep James Bevins went above and beyond for us when we hit some unexpected traffic, causing us to be late for our pick up appointment. Overall, it was a very easy and positive experience. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

  Chad and James what can I say they were absolutely amazing. Our rental car broke down as we were headed to Lake Tahoe and in less than 30 min they had us in a new rental. Super friendly! Even though they had very limited cars they still managed to get us something so we could continue our vacation. Thank you so much
