  I’ve been coming here for awhile now with my fiancé and it’s always been so quick. Today was the first time for my own vehicle and the service was excellent. Everything I needed serviced was done with a smile and quickly. It’s always great when employees are open with conversation and we are able to joke with them. Such a great vibe when we go to get our vehicles serviced.

  LEGENDARY service! From start to finish, I was greeted and helped in.a fast, fun and friendly manner, with no waiting. It was comforting & inspiring to be helped by two exoert female Valvoline service technicians who assessed my vehicle, fully explained my options then got to work to provide the best oil change experience I've ever had. Legendary in every way. I highly recommend the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Madera.

  2nd time at this location and I will keep coming back. Immediately guided to an open spot where a few incredible women promptly started working on my car. Went in for a synthetic oil change and left getting some other things replaced that I wasn’t expecting, but everything was very clearly explained / shown to me. At no point did I feel pressured to agree to anything, was wholly my decision. While there, everyone was happily greeted and given a lovely group goodbye after service completion. Friendly conversation was had the entire time my vehicle was serviced. Made for a quick and enjoyable experience, regardless of the fact I was paying more than I initially thought 😂 This Valvoline is very well-run. Shout out to the ladies holding it down 💪💪💪

  The Ladies at the Valvoline in Madera are BOSS LADIES, they were so on fire. I love love love them. I didn't go for an oil change but I went in to have my left front blinker bulb replaced for $21.99......when all others were trying to charge me $150-$250 saying they had to remove bumper. HA! name dropping JOES AUTO AND TRUCK REPAIR IN CHOWCHILLA 🤣

  Recommend 100% I got here got serviced right away. The team was super helpful, super respectful and kind. Super professional with what they were doing. Very communicated with each other so I felt safe and secure that they were doing their Job to the best of their abilities. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They checked all my fluids. Even my tire pressure. They even checked my lights which was a huge plus. Recommend 100%
