  Excellent service! I pulled up and they immediately greeted and assisted me. Did a full check to make sure there wasnt anything additional that I wanted to have addressed while I was already there. I was in and out with a FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE (filter included) in less than 15 minutes

  The oil change that I had done is an insult to my intelligence. Let me list the ways. 1. Scam, Valvoline has a listed price for the oil change an oil change, $58.99. Where Valvoline is scamming their customers is the price per quart over 5 quarts. My Truck used 8.80 quarts. My receipt was for $117.97!!! 2. Scam, I was told I needed to change the oil pan plug because the old one has leak issues. Funny I bought it from Valvoline! The last time Valvoline change the oil in my truck!!! 3. Scam. I am continuously be asked to purchase more and more Products when I am there just to get my oil changed. 4. Scam, Valvoline recommends that I use synthetic oil in my Vehicle. I am using conventional oil made by Valvoline in my F150, which is synthetic oil. Valvoline recommends that I use a higher grade of synthetic oil and wants me to believe that it will last longer than 3000 miles per oil change with a long life of my engine when there is no proof or guarantee by Valvoline!!! And conclusion of my complaints I have to say that I am 74 years old and I have been using Valvoline’s products since I have been driving a vehicle. I believe Valvoline needs to change its ways!!! I think it is time for Valvoline to get honest with their customers set a price so their customers can decide whether or not It fits their budget. Valvoline will not service the 10 speed transmission in this truck. So I had to find somebody that uses the Valvoline product to get my Transmission oil changed. Whenever I am asked for my email address so they can email me my receipt and refuses to give me a written Receipt. I am supposed to receive a receipt not to my email receipt. I realize I am only one of Valvoline‘s customers, but I do have a Voice and there is other competitors that is taking your customers away! I can only hope by letting Valvoline know about the scamming of their customers needs to stop and change your ways!!!! BTW…….I’m quite aware of the biggest scam, which is the Iran war and what is doing to our gas and oil price market here in United States, that does not have anything to do with the Iran oil market. Why???

  Came in with my Corvette today and they took care of my oil change. I usually come with my Camry and they always are welcoming so I trust them enough to take care of my Corvette and they did. I was greeted and taken care by the same people that I've recognized from all the times I've come here before and they always take good care of me. Keep up the good customer service, I will continue to trust you guys to take care of my oil changes for my Corvette now :) (And to the manager there thank you for greeting me and making sure all went well)
