- TSTrue StoriesMay 6, 20261.0First let me start with the young lady who works in the cold box. Her name is Ariel. She is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met in my life. The way she talks to customers and vendors delivering to the store would shock corporate management. You may think at first she is a manager, but she is simply a regular employee who could use a reality check. The travel center itself is clean with plenty of truck parking. The showers are clean and laundry facility is clean. They get a 1 star simply because of them employing such a rude individual.

The restrooms are a hit and miss and the squeegees in the fuel islands are also a hit and miss. The customer service has always been great. Overall, stopping here is worth the trip.
