  I rented a van while my car was being repaired. I was given two vans in a one week period due to the first van's engine light coming on. Both vans were filthy inside and out, especially the 2nd one, even having leftover wrappers in the seat pockets, sticky residue in the inside door panels. It's gross and disappointing that the Madera Enterprise takes no pride in cleaning their vehicles.

  Go to Enterprise if you need a car to rent prices are competitive and staff is professional.

  Enterprise car rental staff has always been very nice and friendly with us. Even the ones that have moved to new locations. We miss "D" and Brandon, we were sad to hear Ben will also be moving locations, he mentioned as he introduced us to new staff.They are all as fast as they can be and "K" is very helpful, even with a full office.. they move at a good pace. We will be returning customers.

  Ben at Enterprise took care of my car rental while my car was being repaired. He was polite and very efficient on a busy morning. He made sure to get us what we needed in a timely manner and made our car rental easy and fast!
