  I dropped the car to get a tire sensor replaced, and came back to a scratched up front driver-side bumper. My home camera shows me driving from my garage to them with no scratch, but they insisted it was brought to them damaged. Do better. In re owner response: I did call, spent an hour+ on hold, finally spoke to someone, sent them images from my home camera and my car, only to receive an email with "Please attach the diagnosis/findings/docs from dealership. Thank you." as a reply.

  I broke down over the weekend, coming back from Santa Cruz. Los Gatos Tire and Auto was conveniently open on Sunday. They got back to me right away, unfortunately with bad new that my engine blew. I had no idea what to do. Nathan was the kindest human being. He allowed me to keep my car on the lot for a bit while I arranged to tow it elsewhere. He didnt even charge me for the diagnosis, knowing I'd fallen into a money pit situation. They never worked on my car, but their customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Thank you, Nathan and Los Gatos Tire and Auto crew!

  Needed some inexpensive tires for my commuter vehicle and decided it would be best to get them at a location that can do a wheel alignment as well. Called in and ordered the tires a day before and had appt scheduled on a busy Saturday. Car dropped off at 8 and ready by 10, price was very reasonable.

  Staff was welcoming and explained everything in detail. Said they would price match any competing offers too. Would highly recommend and will go back for future services.
