  I absolutely love Los Gatos Tire and Auto Repair. I have taken my cars there for years and always receive exceptional service. I am leaving 3 stars to hopefully get through to the CORPORATE HEADS that implementing a call center approach to booking appointments is a complete disaster. The person answering the call has no idea about cars, barely speaks English, reads a script, quotes inaccurate pricing, books for services the place has never offered (smog is one example). I was so irritated by the time I hung up the phone. Thank goodness, the usual folks were there in the shop when I dropped my car off. I unloaded on them, to which they replied they have heard this from many of their long term customers. The reason the number of calls they receive doesn't translate to the number of visits is simple..... a very poor strategy only focusing on one thing - money - and a call center can't be bringing more in. This is a SERVICE BUSINESS!!! At no time should someone unfamiliar with cars and who can't effectively communicate be involved in booking appointments. I feel so bad for the guys running the actual place. Please get rid of the disastrous call center!!!!! From a longtime customer. This better get printed...

  This is about the 6th time I’ve gotten tires at LG Tire. Once again- fast turnaround .. and lower prices than a quote I got when tire was repaired on a roadtrip. Plus they have uniformly great people who are just a pleasure to deal with.
