  I came in for new tires for my Prius Prime. They matched an online tire price. I dropped off my car on a Saturday, and the work was completed in a few hours. Good services.

  My kid bought his truck in there to get an alignment and the front end checked out they did that they charge him a little bit over $500 worth it. We get home and a freaking right side. Shock is completely loose not happy I’ve used you guys several times for my other several vehicles and this is a big disappointment. It was very bad. It was very easy to find and you guys did not find that. I have a video of it, but it won’t let me upload a video only a photograph.

  I dropped the car to get a tire sensor replaced, and came back to a scratched up front driver-side bumper. My home camera shows me driving from my garage to them with no scratch, but they insisted it was brought to them damaged. Do better. In re owner response: I did call, spent an hour+ on hold, finally spoke to someone, sent them images from my home camera and my car, only to receive an email with "Please attach the diagnosis/findings/docs from dealership. Thank you." as a reply.
