  Such a great experience. I had never been to a Valvoline and was skeptical but when I needed an emergency oil engine check situation I pulled into a location across the street and I was truly blown away by the service, efficiency and price. George (assistant manager) & Randy helped me out and they delivered truly exceptional service. I can tell they take such pride in running a tight business. Super impressed and happy to know this is a company that I can trust.

  Had such an easy and great experience! George and Gerardo were amazing. Super quick, great communication, friendly, and most importantly felt they did what my car needed without trying to pressure for additional services — as a solo woman going to any type of auto shop that’s usually an issue so this was very refreshing! Also had just come from the dealership where they were going to charge significantly more for a longer wait and lesser service. Glad I found this location and will be returning

  I had such an excellent experience with Corin; one the most friendliest and kind Service Tech I’ve encountered and I’ve been a customer for 12yrs. They were a bit busy when I pulled up but once I was near to be serviced Corin kept me in the loop, “Not much longer Ms Kim”. She and her colleagues were attentive to me and I thank them.

  10/10 experience, Angel was the one who helped me out. Just got back from AZ, truck needed a oil change. Tone of help and advice. Also was told at various other Valvolines they were not able to do the Transmission fluids due to newer trucks having plastic caps. Here I was told they have the proper equipment to do so. Definitely be back for that and ill update this review if any problems or concerns. Trust these guys they care and not in a general rush to where something goes wrong

  Avoid this rip off and protect your car. Normally I do all my own maintenance including oil changes, but occasionally I will use a service like Valvoline to save time. After getting my oil changed here, at the next change I did myself the filter housing was so tight it broke my filter wrench and wouldn't come off. Explained the issue to the manager. Charged me $10 for the pleasure of fixing their error with no apology and as a bonus I got an attitude. Heard the tech below the car complain how tight it was and could feel him rocking my car to remove it. When I asked if they could drain and fill, they wanted $90 with my own oil. Thank heavens I declined. When I brought it home to oil change myself, the new filter housing drain was not even finger tight and dripping. If I had driven the car more than 10 miles there would have been a gallon of dirty oil all over the road. For a $150 plus service for a change, I would expect competent techs but I guess that's too much to ask.
