    I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Valvoline on National, the workers there were very friendly and efficient despite this hot weather!! I came in for a quick car service and there was this rude lady complaining to and about the workers and I felt really bad for them, not only is it hot and busy but they have rude customers who make a big deal. Shout out to the manager Michael as well, he was very hands on, very helpful to his team. Thank You.

    I went to the Valvoline location on National for what should have been a routine oil change, but unfortunately I left with brown oil splattered on my white car. My vehicle was not returned to me in the same condition it was when I brought it in. The following day, I contacted customer service and filed a claim. The representative I spoke with was professional, kind, and assured me he would forward my concerns to the location manager, Josh, who also happened to be the employee responsible for servicing my vehicle. Speaking with Josh was the complete opposite of my experience with customer service. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked the customer service skills needed to handle a customer who was understandably upset. I asked him to review the security cameras because the oil on my vehicle was obvious. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, he told me nothing could be seen on the cameras. It felt as though he was calling me dishonest rather than investigating what had happened. That is not how you treat a customer. To make matters worse, the only resolution I was offered was a coupon for my next oil change. After the way my vehicle was handled and the poor customer service I received, why would I want to return? Josh showed no understanding of how frustrating it was to leave with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. Now I have to spend my own money to have my car professionally washed because of a mistake that occurred during my service. How does that make sense? What disappoints me most is not just the oil on my car, but the complete lack of accountability. Mistakes happen, but taking ownership and making things right is what separates a good business from a bad one. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location or Valvoline as a company. The lack of accountability, poor leadership, and disappointing customer service left me with no confidence that they truly value their customers. I will not be returning.

    I visited this Valvoline location a couple weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. Josh was the tech handling my car and came across as unhappy and unprofessional. When I had questions about my invoice, he seemed unwilling to explain the charges, but was very quick to push services I clearly didn’t need. He also didn’t seem knowledgeable when answering basic questions. At the end of the visit, he asked me to leave a review and share my experience, so here it is. I was disappointed with the customer service and won’t be returning. I want transparency.

    I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline thanks to Yan, Luis, and Alex. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without any pressure, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you come across a team that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely personable, but these three really went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

    I don’t typically go to this location, I go to one closer to my house and they don’t usually check my air filter because it’s a little harder to get to. I was expecting the same coming to the National location but got the complete opposite. I was greeted by the manager Kevin who happily serviced my car even though I got there close to closing and it was a Friday evening. All of the team members went above and beyond throughout the whole service. They were communicative throughout the whole thing, explained what they were checking and what was recommended for my car and all with a SMILE! It was a really pleasant experience. I go to Valvoline all the time when I need an oil change and it always feels very routine and impersonal but this time it was different. All of the employees had great customer service and that really makes a difference in your experience. I’ll definitely be back.
