  I’ve been a regular client with Valvoline for well over 8 years. First time going into a new location. Went in for a last-minute oil change service. The staff greeting me. They educated me. Jose, the manager, oversaw the flawless work. Couldn’t be much more happier. Definitely recommend this establishment.

  Miguel was so nice and helpful. It’s a shame they have to be working so hard in 90 degree heat but nonetheless the whole squad was very professional and I was out of there in no time. Great oil change, will be back

  An efficiently-run business with workers who care about the people driving the cars they service. Miguel and his team received me with care and explained what needed updating clearly, outlining future services I might consider for my vehicle without ever pressuring a purchase. I've been going back to this spot for years now, because I know every time I go in with be swift and functional. I'm very pleased with the quality of Valvoline's work and the performance of my car.

  The oil change was fast, and everyone was friendly. Extra credit for working hard on one of the hottest days of the year. But...they require that you stay in your car, and thus be a captive audience, subjected to nonstop efforts to upsell. I understand it's their job, and that I can say no, but it was still annoying. At the end, the upselling turned into repeated requests to review them on Google. So I'm doing that -- maybe not the review they'd hoped for, but unincentivized and genuine.

  I recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Second Street in La Brea. Miguel, one of the service technicians, was particularly attentive and helpful during my oil change on my 2012 Audi A5. He also replaced the air filters and a couple of license plate lightbulbs. Despite my car being old, Miguel and his team were extremely careful and delicate with it. They wiped off all surfaces after completing the service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change to anyone who is particular about who works on their car. They were very attentive and paid close attention to detail to ensure that there were no damages or scratches.
