  The manager asked me to scan and give a review of people training and I assume he knows it is public. So, here goes... Overall service was fine. Speedy but a little more expensive than I expected. The tech walking me through everything was clearly new. He was nice and honest about things they offered that he didn't think I needed, ex. Tire Rotation, air filter change. But when it came to explaining other services offered, I didn't feel he had a complete grasp of what they were and why they were important. For example the Front and Rear differential. Just saying "Uhhhh, yeah.....those pretty much make your car run smoother..." Does not inspire confidence in your mechanic. Like I said, I know he was new, but the manager asked me to review the service. It is not my intention to publicly bash or shame anyone. I would hope that there is a standardized script of what each of these services offer that can be easily learned and spouted off and riffed upon once comfortable and confident.

  I had an amazing experience here! Miguel & Lyod were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Miguel truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and provided outstanding customer service he definitely deserves a raise! Lyod was very professional, efficient, and made sure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to find a team this helpful and reliable. I always enjoy coming here and will definitely keep coming back!

  “I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know what they’re doing, they’re always fast, and the staff has always been friendly and straightforward with me. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which says a lot. Prices are fair and the service is consistent every single time. It’s rare to find a place you can truly trust with your car — this is that place for me.”

  Christian and the crew were not only professional but seemed to be happy & enjoying their work. In the past had a previous great experience at the Woodland Hills location but yesterday's experience surpassed x10. They were thorough, It was an educational visit, I didn't feel hard pressure sale. And there were coupons!! Thanks for taking really good care of my little Beamer (and thanks to who ever was in the pit)

  Miguel at Valvoline Instant Oil Change provided an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I pulled in, he set the tone with his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely positive attitude. He walked me through what they were doing, made sure everything was checked off properly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell right away that he takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing things the right way, not just getting cars in and out as fast as possible. During the service, he noticed that my tire pressure was over the recommended limit—something that easily could have been overlooked at a typical quick service shop. I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and while the service has always been decent, Miguel truly stands out as their ace employee. I’ve interacted with plenty of staff over the years, and most of them are fine, but Miguel operates on a completely different level. He brings consistency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset that you don’t come across often anymore. It’s rare to find someone who treats every customer like they actually matter, and he does exactly that. To be honest, I’ve been to a lot of other oil change spots, and most of them are just “eh, whatever.” You go in, get your service done, and leave without much thought.
