I came to this Melrose location for a standard oil change. During the service, the technician showed me a handheld diagnostic report claiming my battery was "in the red" and urgent to replace. They quoted me a massive $379 to swap it out on the spot. Because the price seemed incredibly high and my car has had zero issues starting, I declined and drove straight down the street to AutoZone for a free second opinion. AutoZone hooked it up to their tester, and my battery is actually at 90% health and in great shape. The machine settings here are clearly manipulated to flag perfectly fine batteries as failing, counting on customers panicking about safety to clear out a $120+ corporate markup. The oil change itself was fast, but the sales tactics are deeply unethical. Get a second opinion before you buy anything extra here.

Caesar Anthony and Ashley were awesome! They have it down solid. Get the job done fast. Caesar let me know the status of everything and offered their services without pressuring me. I'm glad he mentioned the tire rotation. My dealer tried to charge $200 so I figured I'd do it myself but for $50 it's definitely worth it to have them do it in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Came in a got an oil change before closing. Kelvin was super helpful and communicative and I felt like he was a great salesman and honest. He reminded me that my tires are getting a little bald in the front and that I should probably rotate them, which has been on my to-do list for months. Will definitely come back to this location!

After wasting 10 minutes talking to a robot that transferred me to another robot, I gave up on asking the price of an oil change. I will not be going here for any work whatsoever. Hire someone to answer the phone. Should be easy enough when so many people are out of work.
