  Came here after another mechanic forgot to put my skid plate back on. This happened after I had gotten my transmission fluid changed. That mechanic called me later in the day after they realized what happened. They did put the skid plate back on, but part of me felt I still needed to check their work. Enter Valvoline. I explained to them what happened and they confirmed the other mechanic forgot to put all the bolts on my skid plate back on. They took care of my car and charged me nothing. I’m grateful for their kindness.

  These guys are great! They’re super fast, nice, and they don’t try to upsell you things you don’t actually need. It does face the sun coming up and gets really hot in there though. Management should give them some kind of sun cover or awning! They are overheating out there.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes for an oil change. I was already in my line when an employee suddenly came to me and told me that someone was coming before me, so I needed to back my car out and wait even longer. I explained that I had already been waiting in the line, but the way I was treated was very disappointing. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed very poor customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should be treated with respect and the line should be handled fairly. After waiting 20 minutes, being told to move my car and wait again was extremely frustrating. Very poor experience. I expected much better customer service from Valvoline

  I went in for an Oil change, which went well. My complaint is that they told me I need a new air filter for my engine, and proceeded to show me an air filter that wasn’t mine, it was dusty and looked like it needed to be replaced. The reason I know that the filter was not mine, was because I told them I would do it myself, and declined the service. When I got home I proceeded to change my filters myself and when I pulled it out of my engine, it was clean. It was definitely not the same one they showed me.. my air filter did not need to be replaced!

  I don’t drive a lot but I had a feeling it was time! After checking the dipstick, I got a low reading & decided to come get my oil change. I stopped by on a Monday and it wasn’t packed (2 cars deep for the 3 service stations), but I also had a tighter schedule. The service manager on duty, Cesar, was very gracious and he assessed whether I needed an oil change ASAP or if I can come back when I have more time. I came back to obviously get the oil change. I had a Groupon, which significantly reduce the cost of the service rendered. I showed up around noon on Friday, which is a really busy time. 3 cars deep in three service stations. I didn’t come with a tight schedule so I felt fine waiting for the service. They’re pretty efficient. They had a variety of different personnel taking care of different aspects of the service so one person checking the fluids, one person checking the tires. They did a really good job of explaining things as it went & they did offer a couple of services such as a cabin filter change and tire rotation for additional $, but I ended up not taking those because I know my car and I know when those services are required & what I can do myself. No one was pushy. Everyone was professional, kind, warm. The team that helped me were Matthew, Diego, Fidel and Rene. I was asked if I wanted my coolant topped off for $8 and I paid for it because it’s hot and I don’t have the time to drive around and buy coolant, etc. All & all a really great experience for my first time at any Valvoline!
