I came in to replace the old tint on just ONE window. It took 3 hours, for a job that should take about an hour. When they finished, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the glass that weren't there before, going in all directions and really sharp. There were also lots of bubbles, but they told me those would go away soon. It was also way darker than what was on there before, and they said it would lighten up a little after it set. I went back because it was clearly darker than the original and the bubbles never went away. It was dirt trapped under the tint. They told me not to expect perfection, that some dirt in tint is normal, and that my car is hard to work on so the install wasn't great. They redid it, which took another 2 hours, and then admitted the installer used the darkest tint they have instead of matching what was there before. They also tried to say the scratches were already there and only showed up because the tint was darker now. That's not true. Their installers are clearly not good at this. And the second time was STILL full of bubbles and dirt. That's the kind of work I'd expect from a guy in his home garage, not a real business. Once again I was told it's normal and won't be perfect. It's super unprofessional to damage the glass like this. It looks like they just cut the old tint off and scratched the window instead of using steam to remove it the right way. And no tint job should have this many bubbles and dirt in it. They had an excuse for everything, and I'm left with damaged glass that they won't admit to damaging, plus a tint job I could probably do better myself. I wasted hours of my time and got damaged glass, and the shop never once admitted fault. The audacity to try and say it’s to be expected and is installed how it should be is crazy. I wouldn't bring a car here under any circumstances. Honestly I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe people just don't know, but a few other reviews here describe the same kind of experience. Photos included.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Windows Tinting! 👌🏻 Got my Infiniti G37 Coupe's front windshield tinted with 50% 3M Ceramic IR, and OMG, the results are insane! My biggest concern was nighttime visibility, but honestly, I'm blown away by how clearly I can still see at night. The 3M Ceramic IR film really makes a difference! The clarity is incredible, the finish looks flawless, and the heat rejection is a huge plus. Huge shoutout to Jocelyn and Monica for their outstanding customer service! They were super friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. Couldn't be happier with the results. Premium film, amazing installation, and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend The Windows Tinting! 💯🔥

I came here without an appointment on a Saturday interested in tinting my front windshield on my Chevy Silverado. The location was a little busy but yet I was immediately greeted by Jocelyn. Very pleasant and professional. I had a few questions in regards to the dark percentage I should get and she guided me through my options. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was also pleased I did not have to wait an extended period of time considering I was a walk in. The job was done in a timely manner and I was amazed by the quality of work performed. No visible bubbles, I got my vehicle clean with no water stains or mess. I strongly recommend this business. I’m definitely bringing my other vehicles here from now on. Thank you for your professionalism and work performed.
