  Quality, completive prices, easy to make appointments, and great customer service. Tint on my new car had a small issue and they stood behind their work and fixed it right away. No arguing, no we need to wait for it to cure, just a simple I see what you are seeing and we will fix it. It has only been a few days with my tint but everything looks great! Lots of options and patient staff wanting to make sure you are happy with your tint. Very happy with my choice and will be bringing my other vehicles back when the time comes to get them tinted or wrapped.

  I just had the best experience with TWT, their customer service is top notch. They were very friendly, I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for my ceramic tint service. They are very professional, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

  Monica and jasmine has helped us with our Tesla model 3 ceramic tints. They have been very helpful in informing us of the different types of tints and stuff. The tints done on the car very job well done.

  I love my tint so much. My windshield looks amazing. I recently had a windshield replacement and needed it to be tinted. Came to TWT - North Hollywood. They took such great care of me. The ladies in front Jocelyn and Yasmine are so very professional, knowledgeable, and really know how to handle a fast pace office and day. I was impressed. They got me in and taken care of right away. I just have to mention the amazing man who installed my tint too. Jorge just so happened to be in front when I was lost outside of the building. He greeted me, helped me park my car, and took me into the the receptionist area. Then on top of that, he did an incredible job on my tint. The price is so worth the work. I love my ceramic 3m tint! The a/c in that place rocks too with this hot weather. :) highly recommend this place.

  I noticed that the tint had not properly been sealed and had to return the following day. I live an hour a way. I went back to have the windshield fixed from the tint lifting and was left with a line of demarcation. You can see where the tint was touched up. So I reached out after realizing it had fully cured and this would be the final result. I spoke with Monica and she offered to redo the tint if I got pulled over. I also had the car detailed the same day for the inconvenience but I just noticed that my tint was scratched on the inside. I haven’t had the car detailed since. It’s been exactly 15 days since I spoke to Monica. I called to let them know I’m dissatisfied it’s the quality of work. But Monica was questioning me about me not noticing the small scratch and bubbles underneath. The tint not being cured properly stood out to me more. It’s as if I’m making an issue when the employee who did the tint did a poor job. I just want a refund for my windshield tint. This my first experience having my window tinted and I opulent recommend this place.
