- TTTrozzyyJun 3, 20261.0Picked the car up from Las Vegas branch at 8:16am, they said if we can’t drop it off before 3pm in Los angeles downtown we have it for 24 hours so we can drop it back the following morning no extra charge, we went to drop it back at 8:16am and realised they don’t open till 9am, we dropped the car off at 9:01am and they didn’t return it until 9:35am and charged an extra day, and won’t give a refund. very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend if your a tourist from overseas.
