  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with SIXT Rent a Car, thanks to Garrison! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. His customer service was outstanding, and he made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. Garrison took the time to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Employees like Garrison are a great asset to SIXT and make a real difference in the overall experience. I would definitely recommend SIXT to others, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his excellent service. Thank you, Garrison, for making my rental experience a great one!

  I had a 10 day reservation with a 9am pick up. Unfortunately, my car which my brother was going to use to drop had 2 flat tires. I have proof of everything. I called t them at around 10:10 am to let them know I'll be late. When they pulled up my account, they said that I needed to go through my credit card to make changes to my reservation because I booked it with them. They pretty much didn't tell me anything. I call my credit card who calls them and that's when I find out they have a one hour window to pick up the car and that they marked me as a no show. This was crazy to me because its paid for and I was only 10 min late on my call. If they wanted to provide great customer service they could've informed be better and make an exception for my circumstance. It was paid for, its not like they would loose anything. I went back and forth with my credit card company who kept putting me on hold to call them. According to my credit card, they said they would cancel with for a $100. Today about 2 weeks later, my credit says SIXT refuses to refund anything. Honestly, I've never heard of SIXT and this could've been a way for them to win over a new customer but I WILL NEVER rent from them and I WILL NOT let anyone from my family waste their time with them. Like I told my credit car company (who I'm pissed at too) and SIXT, I still needed a car so I didn't not want to cancel. I called around and ended going with Hertz. I paid double because this shitty company didn't want to work anything out with me.

  Picked our rental up from Anaheim and was seen to by Tony who was very professional and courteous. Had to change our grandchilds car seat was was no problem and sorted very quickly.
