- PPPrince De Castro (Prince)6 days ago1.0I completely understood that we were running late due to traffic, so I called customer service ahead of time. The agent I spoke with assured me that they would contact the branch and let them know we were on our way and would wait for us. We arrived only 3 minutes late, yet the woman at the reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was completely unnecessary, especially considering that we had already communicated with customer service beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience felt completely inconsistent with the level of “customer service” they claim to provide. Extremely disappointed and not the experience I expected.
- AAAEMAug 19, 20262.0Nice staff and convenient location, they upgraded my vehicle and I enjoyed it very much. However upon return they claimed I left a scratch on the side mirror that looked like just a smudge to me and not anything I could have noticed either upon driving it out of the lot or after driving it around for a week. Went through the rigamarole with my insurance company and they covered the “damage” but it was a lot of unnecessary time and stress. In short you should know their standards for acceptable damage is very high compared to other car rental companies which is not great in a high intensity driving environment like Los Angeles. Would not return.

Had a special bonus service at LAX during a drop off, was running tight on time for departure so one of the staff drove the rental car with us and our luggage to curb side drop off. Was a huge time saver and gift.
