  Those guys are absolutely committed to help with the glass issues. I requested mobile windshield replacement and the booking was fast and easy. The replacement took about 2 hours, very smoothly. I recommend going with OEM glass to avoid possible small inconsistencies.

  From the start of the interaction with safelight to the very end of work order, I was please and satisfy. Marco was great with communicating about his time of arrival as well as his time of completion of the work order. Also he was informative about how to treat the job- the dos and the donts after the completion. I am a happy and please customer. Thank you Marco Thank you safelight!

  My windshield cracked due to heat related factors. My insurance agreed to cover it and directed me to this Safelite. This was by far the worst mechanic experience I have ever had in my entire life. The first day I arrived, they told me it would take between two and two and a half hours to replace the windshield. Four hours passed and I had to leave for work soon. I talked to the mechanic, and he said the calibration was not running through. I had to leave so I took the car with the safety features disabled due to the failed calibration. I took it back a week and a half later for the second time and they said it would only take about a half an hour to an hour to calibrate. Two and a half hours passed, and they said the glass had a defect and was not compatible with my car and I had to get a new replacement. We set a schedule for another week and a half from the last appointment date. Though this was inconvenient, they stated it was a product problem, so I do not hold this part against them. I came back a week and a half later for the third time and they said it would take between two and two and a half hours to replace. Four hours passed yet again, but it was completed... or so I thought. A day later I was driving on the 101 and the passenger side rubber trim of the windshield flew off and was dragging off the side of my car. I went to check and whoever installed it did not put any glue beneath that side. On top of that, there was a stain of glue on the front right side of my car above the wheel that I could not remove. I called them and set yet another appointment a week and a half from when I called. I arrived for the FOURTH TIME, and they stated they had to install a new windshield. They were able to remove most of the glue stain but not all of it. Yet again, four hours passed while they replaced my windshield. The mechanic came in and told me the calibration was not processing, and I would have to come in for a fifth time. I told them I really could not do this as I work six days a week and have already used up so much of my little free time waiting for this windshield. They insisted they would not be able to get it done in time and I would have to come in again. I came in a week later for the fifth and final time. They said it would take forty-five minutes. It ended up taking an hour and a half, but it was finally completed. This whole experience should have been one day. Instead, it took place over basically the entire summer. On top of this, not once did the manager apologize for the situation. The mechanic who worked on it the final day was friendly and understanding, but the work done on the previous days was sloppy and incredibly inefficient. I wasted probably twenty hours sitting in their waiting room and driving to and from the location for something so simple. It was the worst mechanic experience ever and I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. If your insurance brings you here. Beg them for another location. Even if it is inconvenient, there is no way any other location could be worse than this one. Truly unbelievable.

  AVOID these clowns. Total waste of time. Dropped off at 8am. Went to pick up at 4pm and car was not even touched. They kept car for over 24 hours and then refunded the money without doing the work. No call, text, or email to let me know. No communication. Plenty of much better places for auto glass! Stay away from these clowns. Giving 1 star is 1 star too many! Terrible customer service. Rude employees and customer service agents.
