  Izzac was my installer, he was amazing. He notified me when he was on his way, when he got there and when my install was completed. I couldn't come right down when he finished, he waited patiently for me and was very professional. A+++

  Terrible service. They came to repair my glass, tech must have dropped my key fob because when it was returned to me it was broken and it was not broken when they received my key fob. Talked to management and they said because they had pre inspection photos they wouldn’t pay but who’s to say that the tech didn’t take those pictures after my key fob was broken? Terrible customer service and customer remediation. Daniel the manager would rather just use a cop out corporate line then address the issue and try to come to a mutual agreement. Go with a small business before choosing these guys because if something happens they’re gonna use every excuse to not help you

  Had my windshield cracked I was told to call Safelite made an appointment Derek from La Cienega. Store showed up on time was a welcoming, smile, professional, and neatly dressed here to do business did the work came out spectacular great price I broke it down in three installments which was very convenient. I do recommend safelite for anybody with issues with glass.

  Bad quality work here on two windshield installs and permanent damage done to my dashboard. First install was so bad, it had to be redone. Windshield was sticking out - it was not flush with the bodywork on either side. They were going to let me drive off too, I had to ask to see a manager who could tell it needed to be redone. I’m grateful for the rental car Safelite provided for the 8 days the redo took, but I should not have had to go without my car for that long due to poor work in the first place. Photos attached are from the second install, which was slightly better than the first but is still not good quality. It’s very clear that the windshield sticks out far more on the passenger side than it does the driver’s side. On top of all this, Safelite left permanent scratches my tan dashboard during their install attempts. The manager assured me that the windshield has been tested and fits properly, but the appearance is extremely disappointing. This is the first one star review I’ve left in my life. Not only will I never use Safelite again, but I’m actively telling everyone I know that Safelite’s install quality is to not be trusted. Very, very disappointed in my experience at the 1788 La Cienega Blvd. Safelite.
