Do NOT park here and don’t use LAZ parking. I used the LAZ app to schedule a parking reservation a week ahead of my event. Everything appeared fine, my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation with the digital pass and QR code. When we arrived the pass was rejected. However our event was about to start and we noticed that someone crashed through the gate arm so we went in anyway. After our event was over we came back to our car and the gate had been repaired. I tried exiting but our QR code still didn’t work. I called the help line and gave them my confirmation number, name, and the date that I placed the reservation and after hanging up with them, the gate wouldn’t open even though they said that they would open in for me. It took three phone calls to finally get them to open the freaking gate. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT LOT OR USE LAZ PARKING!

New Parking management just took over. Laz parking. It's a better parking system and friendly employees. Clean and safe parking. Note: Amoeba only validates with purchase of any items for 75 minutes that's about 1.25 hours. Fast charging is available in P1 next to the ALTO station.

This place is just short of a criminal enterprise. DO NOT use them if you can help it in anyway. The should be ashamed of themselves and criminally prosecuted for misrepresentation. I parked there trying to save some money per night vs hotel parking. I used the Park Hero app, pre-paid $76/night. Then while leaving the parking garage made me pay ANOTHER $96 for a nightly rate. Far, far higher than their posted rates. They held me and my car hostage and would not help. They were essentially blackmailing me into paying the high fee, so that I could leave to get to the airport. They are terrible and should be investigated.

They put in a digital system that overcharged me. When I went to the kiosk it charged $5, later they reversed it and charged me $24.99. Predatory business. Won’t answer their phone. Reporting to better business bureau
