- JAjoe ANov 17, 20195.0Very good work and fair pricing. The receptionist Laura is very nice and friendly, the owner of the Body shop also came out and introduced himself, equally as nice. Overall just a very good experience.
- GDGlenn DaytonNov 14, 20195.0When I arrived Ken immediately came out with me to check out my car and within minutes my car was checked in and I was given a loaner. Very very smooth on-boarding and everyone was very professional. You could tell the company culture was focused around customer satisfaction. I came back to pick up my car and the dent and wheel alignment on my Nissan Xterra were completely fixed and the dents were 100% removed. Ken personally drove my car with me to check it out and we both approved it. Again as I write this review and reflect upon my experience with Ken's Collision the thing that stood out to me was their obsession on their customer. Thank you!
