- JGJustin Grissom3 days ago1.0If you are going to use them, double check their work. I took my 1997 4Runner in about a year and a half ago and paid a premium for a full synthetic oil change. I got home and immediately noticed oil on the floor in the garage. Turns out, my oil drain plug was FINGER TIGHT. After I cleaned up the oil in the garage (at my expense) I called the shop and told them what happened. They were friendly enough and offered me a free oil change, which I never took them up on. I am glad I didn't because they clearly do not know how to do something as basic as an oil change on an old Toyota. I know this because I started having another significant leak from the motor. I assumed it was the crank seal from the volume of oil on the garage floor (two stains on the floor now) but when I took into a real Toyota shop, they determined the leak was actually coming from the VERY LOOSE OIL FILTER. Jiffy Lube, this is the definition of "you had one job" I wouldn't even take my cars back here for free.

Johnny greeted and helped me out super quick, he assured me they would get me out fast. The staff was super attentive and nice, they added air to my tires and had me out before I expected. Will definitely be coming back for my services here.
