  I had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube! The staff was super friendly and got me in and out quickly while explaining everything they were doing. I truly appreciate their honesty and efficiency—definitely my go-to spot for oil changes from now on!

  Update: The Manager of this location, Phillip, very kindly reached out after my initial review and helped quickly set everything right. He took a peek at my plugs and let me know the next steps to keep an eye out for. He also topped off my oil and apologized for the missing coupon. I hope corporate Jiffy Lube takes care to ensure the coupons they offer are accessible to their locations before posting. I know that isn't on the location itself, and I do appreciate the hard work they do. He went above and beyond, checked my tire pressure, and encouraged me to reach back out with an update on my car in a few days. Original Review: I went to get my spark plugs changed. They quoted me one hour, but I ended up waiting two. He quoted me $350 and rang it up for $450. This could’ve been fine ( I know car repairs can be nebulous) but I finally went to check out with a 15% off coupon that was on their website (for the exact location) and it didn’t scan. The guy cashing me out told me he couldn’t do anything for me and wasn't able to give me any discount equal to that, even though the coupon was live on their website and still perfectly valid. What’s the point of having coupons on your site if your employees can’t even redeem them for your customers? So now I’ve wasted $100 more than I was quoted and wasn’t even able to get the discount on their own web page. Ridiculous. I wanted to fight longer but I was already ridiculously late after the additional hour or time it took. They didn’t even pump my tires or do anything extra sooooo They didn’t manage to reset my oil monitor despite not filling up my oil too… brilliant. So I’ll just have to guess when it’s time for my next oil change.

  I’ve been by on a couple of occasions where they have helped me out and charged me nothing simply because I have been there before for oil changes. Beyond old school. Super nice and super helpful people. More than happy to leave them a great review.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. They claim it is a 15 minute oil change. But I was there an HOUR because they let people leave their cars there, blocking the line, while they "went out". Which meant that the line backed up and no other car could be serviced. But they didnt warn me when I asked what was going on and why I was waiting so long. They said they were allowed to move the car but "no one on staff wanted to". There was no apology from staff, just a shrug. I will not go again and will be warning others to not go unless you want to be waiting for others to come back from an extended lunch BEFORE your car can even be serviced.

  came in for oil change only and was not pressured for addtional tag on services...great place to get oil changed with PINK's next door... it took a long time and we did not get notified when car was ready... they said they could not text... you should change that to best service your customer's especially when i'll be many go next door for a long wait stand in line hot dog / appreciated the senior discount brought up by the service man
