  Save yourself the time and avoid this location. My experience negotiating with the sales manager, Fawzi, was highly disappointing. (Nice guy, but we're doing business) This dealership embodies the worst stereotypes of the industry. They lack transparency, inflating the factory MSRP with unnecessary markups. Worse, they engage in bait-and-switch tactics: we agreed on terms, but the moment we reached the finance office, they covertly inflated the monthly payment. It was a complete waste of time. Look elsewhere for an honest vehicle purchase

  ​Do not trust Honda of Hollywood! Huge disappointment after 20 years of loyalty. ​I brought my Honda Civic Sport here in December 2025 because the A/C wasn't cooling. They told me the compressor was leaking but luckily covered under an extended warranty. They supposedly "fixed" it and sent me on my way. ​Fast forward a few months, and the A/C completely stops working again. I brought it back at the end of May, left it overnight, and the service advisor, Junior, called to tell me the problem was now the "evaporator"—a repair that would cost me $3,000 out of pocket. ​Trust your gut! I declined the service and took my car to two different independent A/C specialty shops for a second opinion. Both shops confirmed the evaporator was fine, the problem was still the compressor, and it looked like it was never actually replaced by the dealership in December. ​I had the compressor fixed at a trusted independent shop, and my A/C works perfectly now. I have brought four different Honda vehicles to this dealership over the past two decades, but after being outright lied to and nearly duped out of $3,000, I will never step foot here again. Filing a complaint with the BBB next.
