This is the worst place to ever take your Honda. I will never return. I have been a loyal Honda customer since I started driving with my '96 Honda Accord manual. I have gone to Hardin Honda in Anaheim and any dealership I can but every time I come here it is a hassle. I took my car in five times in the last four years asking why it was driving loudly, they check the engine - nothing, it's fine. Could it be anything else? No. Finally, a tire pops (again) so I replace all four tires and realign. When stepping into my car, he tells me that my wheel bearings are severely rusted and need to be replaced. You couldn't have told me that the last four times I got my tires replaced and asked what the noise could be? Or how about when my car was already there? Now you want me to bring it back? They asked 3,800 dollars for the job. Insane. I went to a place with human decency and they charged me less than half and did a great job. Every time I come here it is an awful experience and they clearly want to rip you off. No other Honda dealership does this to me.

"Excellent service at Honda of North Hollywood! Bryan Mendoza was very efficient and professional. He explained everything clearly and got me a good discount on my transmission fluid change. Highly recommend asking for Bryan!"

CarMax offered $28,600 for my car, whereas you offered $22,000....and they wanted me to pay $900 for the Honda. If you let it go for $550, I’ll take the Prelude—but not for $700 or $900. A Mustang GT goes for $650 a month and a Corvette for $900, yet yours is just a Honda.

Way to much for service here. Go to Honda of Downtown you’ll save money. The cost for an oil change and tire rotation is 70.00 more than you’ll pay downtown. Ridiculous to pay that much as a repeat customer that has purchased several cars here. Never again will I use the service department or purchase another car here. Too many other Honda dealerships in LA. They want you to pay for all their new renovations. Lost my business and I’ve been out hashing vehicles for almost 10 years here and I’ve sent several customers to purchase vehicles here. It’s turned into a racket not a friendly family dealership.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with this dealership was poor enough that I feel other potential customers should be aware of it. I was referred to this dealership through CarEdge while shopping for a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. On the day of the referral, I was given an out-the-door (OTD) price that I was not comfortable with, so I declined to make the trip to the dealership. Over Labor Day weekend, however, my salesperson, George, called and texted me several times with a substantially better price, explaining that business was slow. Because I did not want to waste my time driving to the dealership based on a price that would not actually be honored, I specifically confirmed the new pricing twice. I was reassured that the price had been approved by the manager and would be honored. Based on those assurances, I made the trip to the dealership. When I arrived, the manager, Bilal, would only discuss the original, higher OTD price from several days earlier. He claimed to have no knowledge of the conversations and pricing that George and I had discussed by phone and text throughout the day. What was particularly frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy and trying to resolve it, I was made to feel as though I was unreasonable for expecting the dealership to honor a price that its own salesperson had repeatedly communicated and confirmed before I drove there. At that point, I was prepared to simply write this off as an unpleasant example of bait-and-switch sales tactics and move on. However, after I returned home, I received a voicemail from George stating that Bilal would now honor the lower OTD price. When I asked for confirmation of the deal, they then attempted to change the vehicle from the Accord Touring Hybrid we had been discussing to a lower trim level. That is what prompted me to write this review. There is a major difference between negotiating aggressively and repeatedly representing that a specific price on a specific vehicle has been approved, getting a customer to travel to the dealership based on that representation, refusing to honor it once the customer arrives, and then later offering the price while changing the vehicle being sold. I have the text messages and voicemail documenting these conversations, and I am happy to share screenshots of the entire conversation if that would help the owner or dealership leadership understand exactly what occurred. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership get the exact vehicle, trim, VIN, and complete OTD price in writing before making the trip. I am happy to speak directly with the owner or someone in customer relations and give the dealership an opportunity to address what happened. Please feel free to obtain my contact information from George. I would also be happy to provide the full text-message history, screenshots, and voicemail so there is no ambiguity about what was communicated to me before and after my visit. I gave Honda a Hollywood a call to have them help address the issue. There is no extension noted on the comment left by them. I failed at speaking to the GM multiple times. Hopefully they can addendum the comment with a direct extension or just have George connect the two of us if they are truly interested in improving their service.
