    EVgo should rebrand to EVgo Find a Charger that Works. This reveiw is not only about this charger but the company at large. I don't understand how an organization can be (apparently) satisfied with such a abhorrently low level of reliability, especially with something as critical as transportation energy. This company is not a startup nor is it doing anything revolutionary. If these reliability issues can not be overcome, the senior leadership should step down so somebody with the competence to do so, can fix thi mess. I absolutely detest Telsa and it's leadership, but everybody with an EV knows, it has figured out how to provide reliable service. Why can't you EVgo?

    EV go is expensive, charge point is more cheap, I hope more charge point chargers all around los angeles

    You will learn that some are patient and others are not courteous. Try to get there before peak times…there may be a line of people waiting.

    Why no body is fixing the broken chargers? Long wait time and half of the chargers are down……EV industry is hoax.
