I needed a truck to tow a uhaul car carrier a few hundred miles round trip. Enterprise rented me a new F-250, and the total cost was much less than uhaul. They also have after-hours drop off, and the staff is great.

Transparent expectations, perfect vehicle (last model), good communications, decent price. Context: I went to Burning Man, Enterprise emailed me upfront about their concerns and expectations regarding cleanliness. I played by the rules, returned the truck clean, got my deposit back. Staff was very friendly and professional. Only point that could have improved: I waited 40 mins on pick-up for truck to be delivered to pickup office.

The associate who checked us out and in was both personable and professional. He answered all questions we had. The diesel 2500 truck ran well, no issues at all. Excellent access / location near LAX airport.
