- JWJavon WoodsJun 30, 20262.0My credit card was overcharged at this location in the amount of over a thousand dollars. They won’t even respond to the dispute process because they are in the wrong. They tried to pay themselves twice with no explanation as to why my card was charged in the fashion that it was watch out for this…you’ve been warned. I’ve had to wait to weeks before any possibility of resolution which has put me out of work because someone tried to stick their hand in my pocket and got caught. I’ve suspected them of trying to steal but charging admin fees for tickets never received is suspect also charging 10 dollars a gallon is highway robbery if you bring the car back with less fuel than received.

- DWD WoodsMar 23, 20261.0Recently rented a vehicle from this establishment and received a car with a tire in this condition you couldn’t drive the car over 60mph without extreme vibrations they are putting lives at danger without a apology or even a discount all because someone there wants to be lazy. Clearly someone isn’t doing their job and since we can’t receive good or even great customer I’ll simply show the world what you’re doing. Also they tried to shift the blame on us as if anybody could do this to a tire in 2 weeks. They can’t even own up to there mistakes!
