  I went to pick up a car during the start of the FIFA Soccer World Cup so obtaining a car was a bit challenging. I went to the Bellanca location and they did not have any cars so Georgir had a staff member drive me to the Century Blvd location (unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was an excellent driver. I felt safe).  I was able to obtain a car at that location however I didn't like it but rented it due to the limited available cars because of the huge sporting event that was being celebrated throughout the city. I then went back to the Century Blvd location and switched it for a different SUV three days later. Upon my returning the car at the Bellamca location Georgie greeted me with a smile and offered his assistance with chrcking my car in. Trent immediately called for a driver to take me to the auto shop to pick up my car and James extended his assistance by carrying my belongings to the car and drove me to the auto shop. He also was a great driver and made me feel safe. My overall experience with Enterprise at both locations was PHENOMENAL! Everyone who assisted me was friendly,  professional, kind and  made my rental experience FANTASTIC! I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental to my family, friends and for myself if I need to rent a car again in the future.

  I would like to commend Trenton Williams, Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Inglewood North, for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. While waiting in line, I had the opportunity to watch Mr. Williams interact with several customers. He handled each person efficiently, confidently, and with remarkable expertise, moving the line quickly without ever making anyone feel rushed. Throughout the process, he remained friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. By the time we left, we felt appreciated, respected, and well cared for. Mr. Williams is the kind of employee every company hopes to have - an outstanding professional who represents Enterprise with excellence.

  Good experience so far! Scheduled rental through Geico. This location called me to setup dropping off the car at Caliber Collision next door, suggested quicker to come to the location to pick up. Followed suit, checked in at the front desk, less than 10minutes I was leaving with the rental. Thank you: Tanaya, Trent (phone), and Chris* (*Tall fellow at the desk)!

  Had an amazing experience at this location! Trenton gave exceptional service and went above and beyond! After dealing with another rental company and being denied my pre prepared rental, we walked over to enterprise just as they were closing. Trenton welcomed us and got us into a vehicle so quickly! He was there when we dropped off our vehicle and helped us get back to LAX! Thank you so much for your hospitality, you made our trip even that much better! Highly recommend this location! Please give our extra thank you to Trenton!

  This is one of the worst rental car places I’ve ever been to. There were four people standing behind the counter, only serving one person at a time hanging out the gentleman with the dreads took so much time to try to upsell everyone and then refused to honor the reservation because his cars were too premium. Super lame.
