- DWD WoodsJun 22, 20261.0Your current manager is extremely rude and illegally refused service for absolutely no reason stating we weren’t allowed to rent when their superiors stated otherwise and that we allowed to rent and without any paperwork or proper procedure money was turned away from this establishment. I could’ve escalated this issue within the department but decided against because I’m a repeated customer. Also they tactically didn’t charge my card allowing it fall into a negative status to not be able to reserve cars thru the app even said we tried to embezzle the vehicle while we were current on payment. Mr Manager you have a job you should not have.
