  They lack a decent variety of vehicles to choose from. The have a lot of larger size vehicles. If you're looking for an upgrade to a larger vehicle you could probably get it here without charge because they seem to never have small or mid sized vehicles available.

  Charged me for 0.7 gallons of gas on a vehicle with a 22 gallon fuel tank. It’s unbelievable that enterprise is getting away with this- you’d think that this would have been a class action lawsuit long ago. Looking into it they use telematics to log the gas tank levels upon arrival and return. They still rely on the float sensor within the gas tank, but it’s stupid common knowledge that they have an error margin of up to 10% (if not more depending on slope). And are they not using gas moving the car to its parking spot, from wherever it was washed from wherever it was dropped off assuming it was measured from the return of the previous customer? It’s incredibly shady, tacky business behavior that is amazing that people are tolerating. They rented me a car that had an alignment that was completely off as well which just wild work for them to turn around and add a fuel fee. Wild work

  Friday I had to take the car back. I was promised a ride home with me, my children and my disabled husband Richie. The manager was being very disrespectful and rude. First thing he gonna ask me is the car hot second thing is me my two children and my disabled husband can walk home or catch the bus then when he seen my disabled husband oh, I can give you a ride to the train station. Then he lied to me in my face saying he only had three employees working that day when I went into the office. It was like 15 or 20 employees inside the office and I was only maybe 15 minutes away from home with traffic yeah I don’t feel Richie like Black people I will never ever rent from there again. I will go elsewhere and yall know Hertz Rent-A-Car got a good deal on renting cars I wish I can give zero stars
