- IAIman AsgariMay 6, 20261.0Costumer service awful they made me go put 1 gallon of gas and they made me wait for nothing and i end up paying more for gas. They didn’t pay me for more gas that i put but they charged you if you have less gas at return. They charge 10 dollars per gallon its a scam. The return person jose, was and showed no costumer service just careless don’t throw your money away. Cars are old and not clean.

The manager said they would send me a gas credit, but I never received anything. I called twice and they didn’t even pick up the phone. I also contacted Enterprise customer service and still haven’t gotten any response—very disappointing experience. At the time, this was the only available location, so I had no choice but to use it, but I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the area and ended up taking Lyft instead. I won’t be using this location again. I use Enterprise very often, but next time I’ll definitely go to a different branch.

The location North of Washington on Figueroa is the best location in my book. I've tried 2 other locations and was treated more like problem rather than a customer. I will always go to the DTLA location on Figueroa and Washington for all my car rental needs!
