Only one employee was working, and when it was finally time for us to pay, he started helping other customers and told us to wait. We were supposed to pick up a Hyundai Elantra. We specifically asked if they had a hybrid, and the employee told us that they did. We waited all this time, and then around 12:00 PM, he received a phone call and suddenly told us that they didn’t have the hybrid after all. We had an appointment at the bank at 1:00 PM, and we were expecting the rental process to be quick because we already had an appointment. Instead, we wasted almost two hours waiting for nothing. If you are planning to pick up a car from this location, be prepared to wait 1–2 hours, even if you have an appointment. Very disappointing experience and honestly one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
