  I’ve usually had excellent experiences with Enterprise and have always been happy with their service. However, on this last rental, I was charged a $200 cleaning fee for supposed dog hair in the vehicle. I’m sure that there was dog hair when I received the car. I know the vehicle was not in perfect condition when I dropped it off after using it by one month but I feel that this $200 cleaning fee was unfair. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay and dispute the charge at the time because I was in a hurry to get somewhere.

  Just tried to rent a car from here and the customer service was horrible. From the higher up management to the staff. I have rented from here before and they have given me dirty rental cars with trash still left in it. I have never complained because the previous encounters were alright. But today they showed no type of courtesy! I only went here because it was convenient. But at this point I will take my business elsewhere.

  The car was fragrance free. It drove very easily. The pick up and drop off were easy, no hassles.

  I was in the middle of one of the most chaotic periods of my life. My car was in the shop after an accident, I was in the middle of moving, and I was stressed beyond belief. Danny and Crystal at the Enterprise location at 1234 La Brea Ave made the entire experience so much easier. TJ was also amazing but I understood that he transferred to the Santa Monica location. In the past I rented from Avis because that’s what my company used, so I never really considered another option. Caliber Collision, where my car was being repaired just down the street, recommended this Enterprise location because it was only a few minutes away, and I’m so glad they did. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Being able to pick me up and drop me off made an already stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to this experience, I’ve completely switched my loyalty. Enterprise has earned my business, and it’s now the only rental car company I use… and I sincerely hope I will only ever use this location because I have grown fond of everyone who works there because I have found them to be friendly, professional, and accommodating.
