  Really bad service. Was turned away with a company card and no alternative method of payment. On the website it also highlights you can pay debit and to indicate how you will be paying in store. Out of both of these options, neither were accepted.

  The assistant manager Nicholas went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us get situated with our rental. We booked a rental the night before and he assisted us in locating just the right vehicle we needed for our use. Upon dropping off, he stayed after closing to ensure we were able to return the vehicle. Nicholas needs to be promoted to MANAGER! He kept his cool during the rush, four different customers came in after us at pick up, and his customer service skills were top of the line. Many years ago I had an alright experience with Enterprise. Nicholas has restore my faith and I will definitely be renting again. Thank you!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The entire rental and return process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Jose and Marques were both incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and that I had a positive experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and truly appreciate Jose and Marques for their outstanding assistance!

  These guys were so accommodating and friendly. Even though they were busy and had some angry customers, they were still so friendly to every person who came in. We were crazy tourist who booked late due to a last minute decision to drive to Anaheim. Had to wait about 40 min from checking in to grabbing the keys, but they were suuuuper busy. Wish I caught the guys name working the front, he was great!!

  Rented a couple times from this enterprise but unfortunatly got into an accident with one of their cars. Their comms need to be better handled since I assumed our insurance took care of it on their end. They ended up giving us a fee which was not communicated to us and that led it to be left to collections. I would have paid the fee but i was not notified by enterprise nor their calls properly stated I had to pay the fee. It dinged me on my credit score. I will definitely not be using enterprise moving forward.
