  Jose and Kamal were so great, I had an insurance rental and they were so clear and helpful with all things needed so I could be done with pick up and drop in 10 mins

  Horrible customer service from a representative named Chris. Did not make me feel comfortable and was not respectful. I then asked to speak to the supervisor I was met with the same disrespect. Supervisor was not trying to accommodate my rental needs. So I asked to be transferred to a different enterprise location. He said ok and just flat out hung up on my face with no regard. Companies like enterprise are overhyped in being a great rental provider. And I feeel like that is false! Hillhursr enterprise needs better employees and training on customer service. Both individuals were rude and disrespectful.
