  I had an issue with my car after an accident, and my insurance company provided me with a rental car from this company. I did not choose the rental company myself. I called the call center beforehand to ask about the requirements and make an appointment. I was told that I only needed my driver’s license and a card. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked me for additional documents. I went back home to get them and returned to the location, only to be asked for even more documents. After making three separate trips and bringing all the additional documents they requested, I was eventually told that they could not help me. It is extremely frustrating and exhausting that the employees at this company are not properly trained to perform their jobs. They made me waste more than two hours of my time, and after all of that, they were still unable to resolve my issue. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. If you want to loss time, money and energy come here. I don’t have a car and I spend money in 3 Ubers

  I recently had a car accident and had to get a rental while my car was being fixed. I found Koreatown Body Shop and Enterprise car rental right next to each other. It turns out both businesses are from the same owner, someone told me. My experience at Enterprise was over the top. I went there after my work shift and they were closing in about 30 minutes. Ocean helped me to get a car in under 15 minutes. She is so professional and understanding and is not gonna waste your time if you are in a rush. I told Ocean that I needed a car for what my insurance pays which is $30 or less per day. She got me a super clean car and in excellent running condition. It was an Audi 2024 that performed beautifully the 26 days that was in my posession. Thank you Enterprise for a great experience!

  I have been an Enterprise customer for about 15 years for work and pleasure. Rarely there's a problem and if there is, the staff does a great job of rectifying them. Customer service is always top-notch. The process is efficient and the cars are clean and work well. I have no complaints and recommend them 100%
