  The vehicle selection at the Baldwin Hills location was not what was expected. The staff were professional and polite. The vehicles offered were disappointing. The first vehicle was missing hub cap covers then the second one had been smoked out. I prefer Enterprise for car rentals; I will choose a different location for pickup when I return to California in August.

  To be honest, I used to rely on Enterprise Rent-A-Car quite often, and for a long time I considered them a convenient and dependable option. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have changed that opinion. The service no longer feels the same. What used to be smooth, professional, and easy now feels less organized and less customer-focused. Renting a car should be a simple process, especially when you are paying a serious amount of money, but lately it feels like the overall experience has gone downhill. Another big issue is the condition of the vehicles. I understand that rental cars are used by many different people, but customers still expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained car. Recently, the cars I have received did not feel like they were in the condition they should be. When you rent from a well-known company, you expect better quality and more attention to detail. The price is also becoming harder to justify. When the cost is high, the service and the vehicle should match that price. But when the service is disappointing and the car is not in great condition, the value simply is not there anymore. Today was another reminder that all these factors add up. I left feeling disappointed again and realized that it may be better to use other rental services moving forward. Enterprise used to be a company I trusted, but based on my recent experiences, I can no longer say that with confidence.

  incredible customer service and consistent communication from Brieana who was a pleasure to work with. highly recommend this location due to the staff’s great attitude and convenient location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The cars here are so dirty they claim that they wash the cars. The rims are disgusting. I should’ve took a picture, but I refuse to turn around. Their customer service is utterly disgusting. I spoke with Brad the manager. He was so nice so I decided to do business with this enterprise, but the guy that they have sitting at the front desk Jeffrey he is horrible. His customer service is distasteful. He’s very monotone and he doesn’t seem happy to assist with anyone. Jeffery Lacks Proficient customer service skills He Needs To find a new job expeditiously or he will continue to run away good paying customers. I’m currently on my way to another enterprise thanks for nothing.
