I had a very bad experience at this location after renting cars for years. This time, they turned me away, telling me that I have to rent in the city where I live. I reside in Burbank but work in Hollywood; obviously, when I want a car for the weekend, I rent it here and return it right here because it’s convenient for my job. But now, it turns out I supposedly have to rent in Burbank—even though I’ve always rented using my bank card—and now they say that’s not allowed and that I can *only* rent in Burbank because my driver's license is from there. It’s ridiculous! I’ll be looking for other alternatives, but don’t put your trust in this company; they are changing their policies for the worse.
