She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire return process. She made everything easy and stress-free. She even helped me get some money back due to the state of the car. - GJGranna JordanApr 5, 20262.0Windshield wipers were in extremely poor condition. It started to rain in the middle of my drive and I couldn’t see. My situation became dangerous as I was not near my home or an open Enterprise store. I drove cautiously to pick up my grandson and get us back home safely. Make sure you check the windshield wipers before you accept the rental car because you never know when it might rain. And the way I was compensated was also not acceptable. I must say though the receptionists were very nice.
- AAAna Del ArenalApr 3, 20265.0If there was a six ⭐ I'll be giving it to you guys, I am truly satisfied with the whole process renting this vehicle, the staff was friendly and helpful, they always answered my questions with respect and I was able to plan accordingly, I keep the car for one month, do to my car being at the shop, but I really didn't want to return it. I was in love with the car it was a 2026 hybrid sedan which saved me tons in gas. The return was easy and no hassle, I will definitely comeback and recommend it with all my friends and family.
