  My experience renting a car at this location was 10/10 thanks to Marquis. He was so helpful and kind through the process. I can tell that the rest of team is just as wonderful by the way they spoke with customers on the phone and in person while I was there. I will be back next time I need a car, thank you all!

  Avoid this location—unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unaccountable! As a loyal Enterprise customer for both personal and business rentals, this location was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Save your time and your headache, and take your business to an Enterprise location with common sense and basic customer service. We called 3 different locations and specifically confirmed over the phone with this branch that they had a smaller car available for my daughter. Relying on their confirmation, we made the reservation and drove all the way there. When we arrived, an employee named Anthony casually informed us that the Mitsubishi Mirage we were promised had already been rented out. To make matters worse, he tried to gaslight us, claiming someone was currently sitting in the car waiting for their friends. This was completely false. The entire time we were there, the car sat completely empty outside, and the office was dead. There was no one occupying his time—he had casually chatted with one customer and watched another scroll on his phone before they left. When we asked why he didn’t give us a courtesy call to let us know before we drove all the way there, he claimed he "just got too busy." Yet, when we suggested a simple solution—calling the other party to explain the double-booking error so we could honor our confirmed reservation—he flat-out refused, continuously insisting a ghost customer was sitting in an empty vehicle. Anthony looked entirely too bored, tired, and apathetic to care about the massive inconvenience he caused. Checking a computer system or making a quick phone call apparently proved too overwhelming for him. He offered zero solutions, refused to call other branches to check actual availability (only lazily glancing at the website with clear agitation), and told us to just drive somewhere else. This location is completely unorganized, dishonest about their inventory, and has zero respect for your time. Do not bother coming here!

  Watch out (rented a car for ONE day and just returned it): 1- They turn off their inspection-radars when delivering to you their cars full of scratches, and turn them on when you deliver them back trying to accuse you for the scratches that were there already. The same Enterprise employee who delivered the car to me less than 24 hours ago pointed at the same scratch she “checked” yesterday, and called her boss as if it is a new discovery. Totally unprofessional and frustrating even though I paid for full coverage/insurance so I have no reason to hide a scratch if I caused it, it is never a financial concern to me, but more of a trust and convenience that I thought I would find with Enterprise. Not anymore, I will never consider Enterprise unless I have no options. And I will have to take full 360 hi-res video of the car inside out in case. I highlighted that to them, they offered a discount coupon, I refused, what matters is quality and professionalism and trust. 2- I made the reservation days back, and I picked the most convenient branch (one that is next to my hotel), yet after half an hour wait, they drove me to another branch to pick the car, so there was technically no point of having their branch nearby.
