  + de 2h30 d’attente pour avoir la voiture alors qu’on a réserver en amont. Le personnel peu agréable et pas souriant, ça nous a flinguer notre journée.

  I thought the people working there, particularly Marquise, were very helpful. They made the process easy, and when they couldn't find a car at the rate my insurance company would pay, they gave me a Jeep Wrangler, which was a lot of fun to try out. They helped to make a lousy situation (getting rear-ended by someone with an expired license) better. Thank you!

  Had a pretty disappointing experience with the staff here. The person who helped me at the counter seemed annoyed the whole time. They barely made eye contact, gave short answers, and sighed when I asked a couple of basic questions about the rental. When I mentioned a small issue with the car, they got a bit defensive instead of just handling it. It wasn’t anything major, but the attitude made the whole process feel uncomfortable. I’ve rented from Enterprise before at other locations and never had this kind of interaction. Just left feeling like I was inconveniencing them. Probably won’t come back to this branch.

  Really frustrated with the pricing at this location. I checked rates online and even compared with other Enterprise branches nearby, but when I got here the total was noticeably higher. They added on extra fees that weren’t clearly explained upfront — things like additional “location fees” and charges that other Enterprise spots I’ve used never applied. When I asked about it, the staff just said “that’s how it is here” without much explanation. Felt like I was being nickeled and dimed compared to previous rentals at different locations. The car itself was fine, but the unexpected charges and inconsistent pricing left a bad taste. I’ll stick to other Enterprise branches from now on.

  Rude and unhelpful staff – will not return The employees at this Enterprise location were the worst part of my rental experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff acted like I was bothering them. One agent was short and dismissive when I asked about the vehicle, barely looking up from the computer. Another sighed and rolled their eyes when I needed clarification on the return process. There was zero friendliness or basic customer service. They made a simple transaction feel stressful and unpleasant. I’ve used Enterprise at other branches without issues, but the attitude here was unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different location.
