  I had a simple repair. From the estimate to the completion of the work, all was smooth, straightforward, and most importantly, honest. I almost wish I had a bigger problem. Crown will be my first call should I ever had a future need for auto repairs.

  I was referred to this shop by the guy who hit my car, and while that was unfortunate, I am very happy to have discovered my go to shop on all my vehicle repairs. Eyal and his team exceeded all expectations from customer service, pricing, communication, timeliness, transparency, and the overall handling of the repairs themselves. I am now old enough to say that these days, you just don't find shops you can trust like that anymore, but I can say that about Crown Coachworks.   I only take the time to do a review if I have an extraordinarily good or bad experience. With Crown it was the former. Eyal and his Dad, Jacob, were a pleasure to deal with, as was Lisa, who runs the office weekdays. The repair work was done impeccably. They even detailed my car, right down to Armor All on the tires and even adjusted my tires air pressure. Bottom line: Get There!
