Still, Shawn, the real nice and compassionate one, with his white-glove handling, took care of all the repairs and dealt with the insurance adjuster, and, most importantly, he went above and beyond to take care of any issues during my absence. Upon my return, my fixed and detailed car was waiting for me.

And he will fight with your insurance company to do the repair the right way and not take short cuts. Always pleased with the outcome! My only regret is that they aren't an authorized Tesla repair shop, so I could get them to do that work. Now, we just need to stop getting hit by other folks!
