  I always come to this place to have them take care of my car! It's been about 2 years now!! Everyone that I talk to here are very nice and courteous and always finds a way to help me out. They are HONEST people and it's hard to find. Go try them out and see for yourself the value they will bring to you and YOUR car! Keep being a 5 star business! Andy is AMAZING! Mario is just as good!

  3/30/2026 Brought my 2025 GMC Canyon in with a nail in left front tire. Placed my truck on the lift, removed tire and checked but nail didn’t penetrate tire. Replaced the tire and said no charge. I’ve been here a few times before always left satisfied. One of the few honest shops left. Definitely go there for all your vehicle needs

  Andy was SO helpful! I got a quote from another auto shop and decided to get a second opinion at Big O Tires — they cut the cost in half. Andy is a stand-up guy and I couldn't recommend this shop more highly.

  My wife and I were visiting L.A. when I ran over something on the road and destroyed a tire. We were fortunate to contact with Andy Aguilar at Big O Tires on Gateway Blvd., and we were quickly fitted with a new tire so that we could continue our visit and drive back to Palm Desert after the weekend. Excellent and speedy emergency service with no appointment. Thanks, Andy!

  Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Obviously you’re the expert but you don’t need to go around having an ego and talking down on CUSTOMERS. Terrible service, extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE.
