  Very lucky to have met Arely and Kris at this location. After testing and seeing that I needed a new battery, they were both eager to help with the replacement so they tag teamed it to make sure it got done quickly and correctly. Thank you both!

  Andrew and Jorge had great customer service. Very attentive upon entering the store and helped with swapping a battery out for us and made it very easy and stress free. Very helpful and went the extra mile. Very much appreciated.

  I placed an online order at this store on May 31. Because I was very busy, I didn’t have time to pick it up right away. Today, when I checked my order status, it showed that the order had already been picked up. That was very strange because I had never gone to the store. Who picked up my order? I went to the store today to find out what had happened. Two employees, either cashiers or stock associates, assisted me. They couldn’t find my order at first and even suspected that I had come to the wrong store. I showed them my order information, and they scanned the QR code with a scanner and looked it up on the computer. One of them went to the stockroom and brought out the item I had ordered. However, for some reason, he turned around and took it back inside. After a while, what seemed to be the store manager came out with a different item and tried to give it to me. It was clearly not the same product that I had ordered. I was very confused. Why wouldn’t they give me the item I ordered? Instead, they offered me a completely different product. Was there some difference in price or value? I told the manager that there were only two acceptable options: either give me the product I originally ordered or issue me a refund. The manager impatiently processed a refund for me. Overall, this was a very disappointing shopping experience. Giving this store one star is already being generous.
