  Today i entered AutoZone because My car battery died and i needed a jump but i didnt have enough money for a battery Jumper, luckily an AutoZone Oscar M helped me out and Even went out of his way to jump My car that was a couple blocks away! Thank You AutoZone!

  Pésima atención! Me recomendaron un kit y no funcionó! Regrese a la tienda para devolverlo y muchacho hizo un recuento de las piezas y según el faltaban 4 tratando de ridiculizarme y dejarme como ladrón frente a los otros clientes! Cuando le dije que buscara otro kit y que compara la cantidad se fue dejarme raja porque se dio cuenta de que estaba completo! Desde ese momento su actitud empeoró, comenzó a gritarme y decirme de que no era su obligación de ayudarme!

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Melvin at AutoZone for helping us out when we were stranded on the freeway with a dead car battery. He truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Situations like that can be really stressful and frustrating, especially being stuck on the side of the road, but Melvin immediately stepped in with a positive attitude and made sure we were taken care of. He helped jump start our car and didn’t rush the process at all — he made sure everything was working properly before we left. What stood out the most was how patient, respectful, and genuine he was the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers instead of just doing the bare minimum. That kind of customer service is rare to find nowadays. Melvin represented AutoZone in the best way possible and turned a bad situation into a good experience for us. Employees like him deserve recognition because he made us feel comfortable and helped us get back on the road safely. If anyone ever needs help at AutoZone, ask around for Melvin because he’ll definitely get you right. Easily one of the best employees out there, and we really appreciate everything he did for us. Really the goat out there on auto zone💯💯💯💯

  We were stranded in the freeway and Melvin came out of nowhere and went above and beyond and jump started our car and then came to the store and ran a full diagnostic and Thank you Melvin for going above and beyond shop here please!!!!

  Brake lights wasn’t turning off even when the car was off, so had no clue. But Felipe was able to find the conflict and solved it. Also thankful for the other employee assisting, wasn’t able to catch his name tho. Highly recommend coming to this location for assistance.
