I had a very different experience this time compared to my previous visit. The last time I came here, the staff was friendly, helpful, and really took care of me. I appreciated the service so much that I even left a tip. To be clear, the employee who actually did the installation this time was fine, and I have no issue with him. My problem was with the female employee at the front counter and the overall attitude of the staff. When I asked about a small additional part of the installation, she immediately kept saying, “No, we can’t do that,” without even letting me fully explain what I was asking. She repeatedly cut me off and gave no explanation as to why it couldn’t be done. If there’s a store policy or safety reason, that’s completely understandable. Just explain it. But simply cutting a customer off and repeatedly saying “no” without any explanation comes across as very dismissive and rude. Overall, most of the staff there seemed like they really didn’t want to be working or helping customers. It was especially disappointing because my previous experience at this same location was so positive. Again, the employee who actually helped with the installation did his job and was not the problem. The customer service and attitude at the front counter were.

Yo siempre he comprado en este lugar pero nunca me habían tratado tan déspota un sr.creo que es el encargado yo pidiéndole de favor que necesitaba aceite y contesto que a y atrás puedes buscar lo que necesites ahí está todo donde nadie me habían tratado así, sugerencia deberían de cambiar o mandar a clases de profesionalismo como tratar a los clientes
