  I made a purchase online for delivery, and after several hours of waiting, I called the store to ask when it would be delivered. After being put on hold for 7 minutes and having to call back just to be put back on hold, I learned “That’s policy” to answer the phone and just leave it on hold until they hang up, I assume. Eventually spoke to the manager Charles to say they don’t do deliveries however my receipt shows delivery with a fee and then I asked for a refund and he said I must come to the store to get the refund when the whole issue is I’m not able to drive hence why I paid for the delivery service. Please update the website if there’s no delivery or inform these employees on how to carry out services properly.

  i went in there today stressed out as hell cause my side mirror shattered but Derek went above and beyond to help me out. he truly did more than he gets paid for i'm sure and he had to deal with me but wow. this autozone location is so blessed to have him as an employee. he's so dedicated and kind and patient. give this man a raise!

  I had such a great experience at this AutoZone location thanks to Calvin and Fernando. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to answer my questions, pointed me toward exactly what I needed, and made sure I left with the right parts instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need which unfortunately usually happens. Calvin, the store manager, runs the store with professionalism and integrity. It's clear that he takes his job seriously and holds the team to a high standard. Some people may mistake being direct or following company policies for being unfriendly, but I see it as someone who is committed to doing things the right way. I would much rather have a manager who is honest, consistent, and treats every customer fairly than someone who bends the rules. That kind of leadership deserves respect. Fernando was also incredibly helpful, patient, and courteous throughout my visit. Together they made what could have been a stressful experience quick and easy. It's unfortunate that negative experiences sometimes receive more attention than positive ones, because employees like Calvin and Fernando truly deserve recognition for the hard work they put in every day. If you're looking for honest service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that genuinely cares about helping customers the right way. With that being said I highly recommend this AutoZone location! Keep up the great work you've definitely earned a loyal customer! Hope to see you guys soon!
