  Extremely rude customer service. They clearly don’t know how to treat their customers. They don’t even know how to say “thank you” or “goodbye.” One of the female employees at the counter took the item I was trying to purchase from my hand, scanned it, and then basically threw it on the counter. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.

  Came here to change the battery. Store manager Maria has a bad attitude and not willing to provide any help. She told me I can stop by other Autozone store to see if they can change the battery for my Honda Pilot. Will not recommend this location. Not professional and not helpful at all

  Worst AutoZone in the area. They seriously need better management and customer service. I called to ask a simple question, and the employee told me I needed to come in person because they were too busy. If you’re too busy to help over the phone, why answer the phone in the first place? Another time, I was actually in the store waiting in line and asked an employee for help finding something. He told me he was too busy because he needed to clear the line—even though I was also a customer waiting in that same line. Turns out he was the store manager. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Management should be setting the example for customer service, not making customers feel like they’re an inconvenience.

  Dear Autozone, Consider this a love letter. My fuel pump went out, leaving me on the sidewalk for days. The whole staff, and specially the man in charge are friendly, helpful, and add that personal touch. You guys dealt with all the bullsh*t so I didn't have to, and set me on a path for success.. here's my trophy! Thank you autozone, you guys rule.

  Fui a comprar sábado 12 de septiembre por la mañana unas bobinas de ensendido le pregunté a Andy que si tenía de otras marcas y nomás me contestó con pésima actitud sin darme la información sino repitiendo me un precio entonces me salí de la tienda tuve que llamar a otro auto zone en verdad salí con duda de esa tienda regrese la compra de 257 dollar y mejor lo compre en amazon cuando iba entrando venían saliendo otros clientes insatisfechos y renegando de su actitud para que ponen personas así si es atención a clientes y no avía nadie más con quién tratar ella se llama Andy
