- YMYaroslav Mal3 days ago1.0THE GUY AT THE COUNTER REFUSED ME TO HELP. Was replacing the spark plug for the first time and need to buy extensions and proper connectors to my wrench. I found out that the extension is still short so i need a help from the staff to find the right one. I asked a cashier wearing a grey T-shirt and glasses that I need help finding the proper extension, he said that he cannot do that cuz I need to figure it out by myself. Great dude, you know this store better than me and you are getting paid to be there. It would have taken a few minutes for u to help me and I would not be going back and forth to the store. Management please note that.

Max stood out in particular, communicating clearly about our dead battery and quickly getting us taken care of by installing a new one right there in the lot. The whole process felt seamless, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend this location!
