    Terrible service in the beginning. Horrible service at the end. They overcharge for everything. They beg for good reviews in exchange for assistance with problems, then they don't assist with the issue. When you ask for help,they tell you to leave a 5star review before they'll help you. Joy had me sit on the phone for 10 minutes until he saw my review, otherwise he wasn't going to help us. Go to literally any other car rental location. If you want to overpay for insurance, gas and time extensions then come here.

    Smooth process for us, direction to rental location were well detailed. Our car was updated to a newer bigger model and got us around perfectly. Car seats were a bit dirty and outdated but worked. One hiccup not to the fault of the rental agency but to Kia, car still ran when keys were taken out of the vehicle after it was started. Husband drove 15 miles away turned off car and noticed when he retuned the keys were not with him, and with me…he was locked out till I could get to him which cost us an Uber. But Diana was easy to work with!

    Diana asked me to fill out this. My car experience with NextCar Rental was very disappointing. This is the second time I have rented from NextCar. I rented a van for 16 days. The first vehicle, I was not happy with so I was given a Jeep Cherokee. I drove it for a couple of days and notices that when I would change lanes, the steering wheel would hesitate, then as I was driving in a residential street, the engine began to drag. I called quickly and was told to bring it back to the rental agency. Then I was given a van. The oil change light came on. I drove it a few days, then checked to see how much oil was available. It said 0% in red. I called and was told to bring it in. So I did, then a young lady named Cendy saw me. (she was the first person who had helped me originally). She said she would see about getting a newer vehicle for me. She as able to get me a KIA. It was the perfect vehicle. If it hadn't been for her, I probably would have been going back for another vehicle. As it was, I spent a week trying to get a decent vehicle.

It is an easy shuttle ride from LAX airport terminals: Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed to the lower/arrivals level inner curb under the pink sign that reads "LAX SHUTTLES." Look for the bus that says "METROCONNECTOR/GREEN LINE" and inform the driver that you want to go to the FIRST STOP AFTER EXITING THE AIRPORT CALLED "Remote Rental Car Depot." Upon arrival to the "Remote Rental Car Depot," you will be met by the Priceless and Nextcar representative and you will be shuttled to the office.

How do I return the rental vehicle?
