  Had top notch service there. They took care of all the problems I had with the car and gave me a fair deal. The guy Cruz who runs the shop was super nice and was very helpful. I will definitely be going back for future repairs. Outstanding overall!!!!

  Bought a motor on EBay for my 2007 Saturn Vue. Was looking for a place to put it in and liked the majority of reviews and called AJ’s. Spoke with Victor and he was very personable and friendly and was obviously knowledgeable. Explained my situation. After he gave me a price I decided I wanted to put a new A/C clutch and compressor that I wanted to buy on EBay and called Victor to see how much. He told me they’d do it for no extra cost since the motor was out, which was nice because a lot of shops would have still tried to make a few bucks off that. I also decided to have wheel bearings put on the front wheels and was given a great price for that (1/4 of what I was quoted a few months earlier elsewhere)because they were easily accessible because of the engine swap. (Again, I didn’t know that and they didn’t have to tell me that and do it as cheap as they did). During the job, Victor had called me to let me know that my clutch was about 60% worn and that now would be a good time to replace it, while the motor was out. I elected to because I did some research and they said they’d do it for about 1/3 the price I was getting quoted for after the engine was back in. Never did I feel pressured to do the clutch. It was simply a call saying “Head’s up, we’ll do it for you now at a huge labor discount because we already have the transmission out but it’s totally your call.” They also ended up doing a couple of things at no charge (above and beyond the engine swap) that I was originally quoted a price for and that was awesome. I like to do a lot of my own work on my cars and I know the auto repair game is a risky investment because of all the shady shops but I can tell you I left here happy and confident and I won’t hesitate to come back here again and refer people here.

  Went there once to get a check up on my car, they tried charging me 400 dollars for a simple wheel bearing change. I called a bunch a different places that charged me 70 bucks. Once I told them I wasn't leaving my car they became very rude. I went to rolling tires and wheels and they charged me 380 for a wheel bearing change, tire alignment, and 4 brand new tires.
